💵 Salary:
- 31.40 zł/hour net for students up to 26 years old (with a student certificate);
- Bonuses from the company are provided, the size of which depends on individual work performance.
Rate when signing Pit-2 declaration:
- 25 zł/hour net regular rate;
- In case of no-show without notice, the rate is 24 zł/hour net;
- After a full calendar month worked, the rate increases to 26 zł/hour net.
Rate without signing Pit-2 declaration:
- 24 zł/hour net regular rate;
- In case of no-show without notice, the rate is 24 zł/hour net;
- After a full calendar month worked, the rate increases to 25 zł/hour net.

🕐 Work schedule:
- Work from Monday to Friday, sometimes also working Saturdays;
- Day off is on Sunday;
- The workday may last 8, 10, or 12 hours. During the first two weeks or the first month, shifts last 8 hours to get used to the job and learn all the processes;
- First shift from 06:00 to 18:00;
- Second shift from 10:00 to 22:00;
- There are two breaks during the workday, each lasting 15 minutes, to rest and regain strength;
- On average 220 - 280 hours/month. 

It is important to understand that the number of hours depends on how many orders the company has. If there are many orders, there will be more work and therefore more hours. If there are fewer orders, accordingly, there will be slightly fewer hours.

🛠 Duties:
- It is necessary to lay wires on the stand according to the provided diagram, connect different parts, and carefully secure them with clips or insulation tape. It is also necessary to assemble ready-made wire kits for further installation. It should be noted that stands can be of different sizes, but explanations and support are provided for each one.

🏠 Accommodation:
- Accommodation costs 500 zł per month (deducted from the salary);
- In case of self-renting accommodation, there is an extra payment of 1.50 for each hour of work;
- Accommodation is provided in a house or apartment;
- The room will be shared by 2, 3, or 4 people;
- Accommodation includes internet access, blankets, and pillows are provided;
- You need to have your own bed linen and personal set of dishes, like plates, cups, spoons, and a small pot, as this is important for hygiene and your comfort;
- Accommodation is within walking distance, you can easily walk to work. Everything is planned for your convenience so that you feel comfortable every day.

📄 Labor contract:
Umowa zlecenie.

📌 Additional information:
- Before starting work, you need to undergo testing;
- Good eyesight is required;
- The medical commission costs 100 zł (deducted from the salary);
- Advances are credited after 7 - 14 days of work;
- Salary is credited until the 25th of each month to a bank account for the previous worked month.

🔴 Requirements:
- Knowledge of Polish at a communicative level is required;
- Ability to distinguish colors is required.

📋 Documents:
European Union citizenship, visa-free, visa, Pobyt card, temporary protection of Poland, and other documents by agreement.

⏳ Minimum work term:
The minimum period of work is 3 months. If you plan to resign, you must inform at least 2 weeks before leaving. There are no fines or deductions from the salary, the main thing is to inform in time.
