📍 Place of work:
Poland, Wysogotowo (~10 km from Poznań).

💵 Salary:
- 28 zł/hour net regular rate;
- A higher rate is provided for students, the final payment amount is determined after providing documents from a Polish educational institution confirming studies;
- For a fully worked month without absences and for effective work, you can receive a bonus of an additional 2 zł to the hourly wage.

🕐 Work schedule:
- Work from Monday to Friday;
- The workday lasts 8 hours;
- Work from 07:00 to 15:00;
- Additional working hours are possible from 15:00 to 17:00, as needed and depending on the volume of work;
- Work during the day so that the night is left for sleep and rest.

It is important to understand that the number of hours depends on how many orders the enterprise has. If there are many orders, there will be more work, and therefore more hours. If there are fewer orders, respectively, the hours will be a little less.

🛠 Responsibilities:
- Work related to the preparation and assembly of window and door structures at the enterprise. It is necessary to install frames, double-glazed windows, door hinges, locks, and other necessary elements. The process also involves preparing materials for installation, taking measurements, and adjusting parts to size. Additionally, tasks may include assisting during loading and unloading of materials, as well as quality control of finished structures to ensure everything meets requirements.

🏠 Accommodation:
- Housing costs 850 - 1000 zł/month;
- Accommodation is provided in apartments or hostels;
- 1 - 4 people will live in a room;
- You can move in after working 50 hours or earlier, but in such a case, you need to pay for accommodation a month in advance yourself.

📄 Work contract:
Umowa zlecenie.

📌 Additional information:
- Work processes take place standing at the conveyor line;
- Experience is not required, as everything is taught on-site;
- Initially, you need to have your own work clothes. After the probationary period, all necessary clothing for further work is provided;
- Meals are not provided, lunch needs to be brought with you;
- Travel to the workplace by public transport;
- A medical certificate costs 80 zł. The spent funds are reimbursed as a supplement to the advance;
- An advance can be obtained after working for one week;
- Salary is credited to the bank account between the 15th and 20th of each month.

🔴 Requirements:
- Knowledge of the Polish language at a communicative level is required.
