Auto Insulation Production Job at Borgers

🧑🏻 Candidates:

Poland, Złotoryja, Przemysłowa 5 (~20 km from Legnica).

💵 Salary:
- The estimated salary is 5050 zł gross per month for 168 hours worked;
- Additionally, a bonus up to 700 zł is provided;
- 100% allowance for work on Saturdays;
- Overtime hours paid with a 50% bonus;
- 20% allowance for night shifts.

🕐 Work schedule:
- Work from Monday to Friday;
- The workday lasts 8 hours;
- First shift from 06:00 to 14:00;
- Second shift from 14:00 to 22:00;
- Third shift from 22:00 to 06:00;
- If necessary, there is an opportunity to work additional overtime.

It's important to understand that the number of working hours depends on the volume of orders at the enterprise. If there are many orders, the working hours will be more. If the volume of orders decreases, accordingly, the number of working hours also decreases.

🛠 Duties:
- It is required to work near production machines according to the set instructions, monitor the correctness of the production process and check the quality of the finished products. It is also necessary to pack the products according to established requirements, sort waste, and maintain cleanliness and order at the workplace. If deviations or defects are found during work, it is necessary to report them to a supervisor.

🏠 Accommodation:
- The cost of accommodation is 650 zł per month (amount deducted from salary);
- Accommodation is provided in houses, apartments, or hostels;
- Rooms accommodate 3-5 people;
- Separate rooms are available for married couples;
- Regular one-tier beds are provided in the rooms;
- Own bed linen is required;
- The accommodation is located approximately 2 km from the workplace.

Umowa o pracę.

📌 Additional information:
- Work processes are carried out standing by the production machines;
- An excursion at the enterprise and an interview are needed before starting work;
- The parts to be worked with are light, so the work does not involve significant physical exertion;
- Transport to the workplace is not provided, so you need to get there by public transport or on foot;
- A hot lunch costing up to 12 zł can be purchased at the enterprise;
- Workwear is provided free of charge;
- Medical examination is conducted free of charge;
- An advance can be received after the first week of work and up to the moment of receiving the first salary. After that, advances are no longer provided;
- The salary is credited by the 10th of each month to the bank account for the previous worked month.

🔴 Requirements:
- Knowledge of the Polish language at a communicative level is required.

⏳ Minimum working period:
You need to work for at least 4 months, otherwise, 300 zł will be deducted from the salary.
