Work on zinc coating of steel FAM

🧑🏻 Candidates:
Men, married couples up to 50 years old.

📍 Job location:
Poland, Opole, Odrzańska 20.

💵 Salary:
- 25.36 zł/hour net regular rate;
- 31.40 zł/hour net for students up to 26 years old (with student certificate);
- A bonus is provided, which on average amounts to 600 zł. Bonus payment is made at the discretion of the company's management.

🕐 Work schedule:
- Work from Monday to Friday. There is also an option to work on Saturday in a day shift for 8 hours if desired;
- The workday lasts 12 hours;
- First shift from 06:00 to 18:00;
- Second shift from 18:00 to 06:00;
- The work schedule is updated weekly. The number of working hours may change depending on the workload and production needs of the company;
- During the workday, there are 2 breaks lasting 20 minutes each, as well as short smoking breaks;
- On average, it is possible to work 210 hours per month.

It is important to understand that the number of hours depends on how many orders are at the company. If there are many orders, there will be more work, and hence more hours. If there are fewer orders, there will be slightly fewer hours accordingly.

🛠 Duties:
- It is necessary to hang metal parts on special hooks for further processing, perform simple locksmithing work, and clean finished products. Duties also include packing products onto pallets and moving pallets around the warehouse area.

🏠 Accommodation:
- Accommodation is not provided, you need to have your own housing;
- In the case of self-renting accommodation, a surcharge of 1 zł gross for each hour worked is provided. 

📄 Employment contract:
Umowa zlecenia.

📌 Additional information:
- The company is engaged in anticorrosion treatment of steel elements using the hot-dip galvanizing method;
- Transportation to the workplace is not provided, so you need to commute independently by public transport. There is a bus stop near the company;
- The medical examination costs 180 zł. If you do not work for 3 months, this amount is deducted from the salary;
- Work clothes and shoes cost 300 zł. If you do not work for 3 months, this amount is deducted from the salary;
- Insurance costs 97 zł per month (cost is deducted from the salary). This applies only to individuals up to 26 years old with student status;
- An advance payment is provided after 14 days of work, the amount is up to 600 zł;
- Salary is credited from the 20th to the 22nd of the previous month worked to the bank account.

🔴 Requirements:
- Polish language knowledge at the level of understanding is required.

- Work experience is not required;
- You quickly get into the work rhythm, as there is always someone to explain.

📋 Documents:

⏳ Minimum working period:
The minimum working period is 3 months. If you quit without 14 days' notice, a fine of 500 zł is deducted.
