Work at the Eurocash grocery warehouse

🧑🏻 Candidates:
Men, married couples up to 40 years old.

📍 Work location:
Poland, Sosnowiec, Logistyczna 5 (~15 km from Katowice).

💵 Salary:
Piece rate payment:
- 25 - 39 zł/hour net standard rate;
- 32 - 45 zł/hour net for students under 26 years old (with a student certificate).
Bonuses:
- +4.60 zł gross for working night shifts.

🕐 Work schedule:
- Work 5 - 6 days a week;
- The working day lasts from 8 to 12 hours, depending on the workload;
- First shift from 14:00 to 22:00 or from 14:00 to 02:00;
- Second shift from 22:00 to 06:00 or from 22:00 to 10:00.

It is important to understand that the number of hours depends on how many orders there are in the warehouse. If there are many orders, there will be more work, and therefore more hours. If there are fewer orders, then there will be slightly fewer hours accordingly.

🛠 Responsibilities:
- It is necessary to move goods in the warehouse using electric carts and complete orders on pallets for further transportation. Various goods can be involved, including food products. The necessary permit for driving an electric cart will be obtained, so all the documents needed for the job can be acquired on-site. Orders are completed using the Voice Picking system — tasks and prompts are provided via voice in Ukrainian or Russian. Knowledge of Polish is not required for this job.

🏠 Accommodation:
- Housing costs 500 zł/month (deducted from salary);
- In case of independent rental, there is a bonus of 1.50 zł for each working hour (bonus not provided for students);
- Accommodation is provided in a hostel;
- 2 or 3 persons will stay in a room;
- A separate room is provided for a married couple to ensure comfort and coziness;
- Ordinary comfortable beds are arranged in the housing.

📌 Additional Information:
- Work processes take place standing and in motion. You need to work with a scanner and use a cart;
- The temperature in the warehouse is +15 degrees;
- Training and certificate for driving an electric cart cost 300 zł, deducted from the salary after the first month of work;
- Commuting to the workplace by public transportation;
- A bonus of 150 zł is provided for commuting;
- Work clothes and shoes are provided for free if you work 45 days;
- A sanitary book is issued for free if you work 45 days;
- An advance payment of 500 zł is provided after 14 days of work.

🔴 Requirements:
- Experience working in warehouses and understanding processes is required.

⚠️ Penalties:
No show for work:
- If you do not inform the coordinator about not showing up to work, a fine of 300 zł is imposed;
- A fine is also possible if the notification of absence is made in the morning of the day of the shift without a valid reason.
Alcohol and discipline:
- A fine of 1500 zł and dismissal are imposed for appearing at a shift in a state of intoxication;
- If alcohol is consumed in the hostel and it bothers others, a warning is issued first;
- If the situation repeats, a fine of 1500 zł and dismissal.
If feeling unwell:
- In case of poor health, you need to see a doctor or call an ambulance;
- It is necessary to take L4 leave and inform the coordinator to calmly coordinate everything and avoid unpleasant situations.
