Work in the Motorol auto parts warehouse

🧑🏻 Candidates:
Men and women under 50 years old.

📍 Place of work:
Poland, Kraków, Półłanki 62d.

💵 Salary:
- 25.36 zł/hour net regular rate;
- 31.40 zł/hour net for students under 26 years old (with student certificate).

🕐 Work schedule:
- Work from Monday to Saturday;
- It is mandatory to work two Saturdays a month;
- Optionally, you can work every Saturday;
- The workday lasts 10 - 11 hours;
- First shift from 06:00 to 16:00 or from 06:00 to 17:00;
- Second shift from 11:00 to 20:00 or from 12:00 to 20:00;
- Saturday shift from 06:00 to 15:00;
- Women start work on the first shift at 05:45, while men start at 06:00;
- There is a 15-minute break during the workday to rest and recover. There are also several short breaks for smoking during the shift;
- Work occurs during daytime hours so that night is for sleep and rest.

It is important to understand that the number of hours depends on the amount of orders in the warehouse. If there are many orders, there will be more work, and therefore more hours. If there are fewer orders, then correspondingly, there will be slightly fewer hours..

🛠 Responsibilities:
- It is necessary to work in the auto parts warehouse and collect orders using a scanner. The scanner indicates which item to take and where to place it, making the work process understandable and simple. During work, it is not necessary to carry boxes around the warehouse. You only need to take an item from the shelf, scan it, and place it on a cart.

🏠 Accommodation:
- Accommodation is not provided, you need to have your own housing;
- Additional payment for independent housing rental is not provided.

Umowa zlecenie.

📌 Additional information:
- Work processes involve movement using a scanner;
- Scanner system is available in Ukrainian, Russian, English, Polish, and Spanish languages;
- Commute to the workplace by public transport;
- You need to have your own comfortable work clothing;
- Maximum lifting weight up to 20 kilograms;
- Advance payment is made after 14 days of work in the amount of 300 zł;
- Salary is credited on the 20th of the month to a bank account.

📋 Documents:

⏳ Minimum work period:
The minimum work period is 3 months. If you plan to resign, you must notify 2 weeks in advance. There are no penalties or deductions from wages, the main thing is to inform on time.
