Work at the Carrefour products warehouse (ID Logistics)

🧑🏻 Candidates:
Men, women, family couples up to 45 years old.

📍 Work city:
Poland, Psary, Magazynowa 6 (~20 km from Katowice).

💵 Salary:
- 25.33 zł/hour net regular rate;
- 31.40 zł/hour net for students under 26 years old (with a student certificate);
- Additional bonuses are provided for meeting the set standards.

🕐 Work schedule:
- The number of working days and hours depends on the warehouse's workload. For example, one week may have 5 working days of 8 hours each, and another — 6 days of 12 hours each;
- The schedule is made directly at the warehouse and may change weekly;
- It is not possible to choose the schedule or the duration of the working day on your own;
- Paid breaks are provided during shifts. Their number and duration depend on the department and the length of the working day.
Warm department «Preparation»:
- Working 6–7 days a week;
- Days off may fall on weekdays or on Saturday or Sunday;
- The working day lasts 12 hours;
- First shift from 06:00 to 18:00;
- Second shift from 10:00 to 22:00;
- Third shift from 14:00 to 02:00;
- Fourth shift from 18:00 to 06:00;
- You can work from 200 to 320 hours per month.
Fresh Department:
- Days off may fall on weekdays or on Saturday or Sunday;
- The working day lasts 8–12 hours;
- Work only takes place during day shifts.

It is important to understand that the number of working hours depends on the volume of orders at the warehouse. If there are many orders, there will be more working hours. If the volume of orders decreases, the number of working hours will also decrease.

🛠 Responsibilities:
- The job involves order picking at the warehouse. You need to collect the necessary goods according to the order, sort and package the products, work with the scanner and move the goods around the warehouse using an electric warehouse trolley. 

🏠 Accommodation:
- The cost of accommodation is 15 zł per day (the amount is deducted from the salary);
- Accommodation is provided in a hostel;
- Rooms will accommodate 3–4 people;
- Separate rooms are provided for family couples;
- The rooms have regular single-tier beds;
- For convenience, there is a kitchen, refrigerator, washing machine, shower, and Wi-Fi;
- The accommodation is located approximately 10–15 minutes' drive from the workplace.

📌 Additional information:
- The work takes place in two departments — Fresh and the warm department «Preparation». During registration, you can discuss which department suits you best. After distribution, you will work in one department, and if desired, the possibility of transfer to another can be additionally agreed upon;
- The temperature depends on the department: cooler in Fresh, warmer in «Preparation»;
- The set packing standard in the warm department is 200 boxes, while in Fresh the average standard is 180 boxes per hour;
- The first 2–3 weeks are allocated for adaptation, so you do not need to meet the full established standard immediately. There is time to get used to the work pace and to master all processes well;
- The work is of medium physical difficulty. During the shift, you need to manually lift boxes weighing up to approximately 10 kg;
- A regular electric warehouse trolley is used for convenient movement of goods around the warehouse;
- Work clothes are provided for free;
- Meals are provided free of charge in the Fresh department;
- The medical certificate costs 150 zł (the amount is deducted from the salary);
- The permit processing for operating a warehouse trolley costs 150 zł (the amount is deducted once from the salary);
- Work shoes cost 60 zł (the amount is deducted once from the salary);
- The first advance can be received after 5 days of work. Until receiving the first full salary, an advance of 100–200 zł can be received weekly on average. If additional advance is needed, it can be discussed with the coordinator;
- The salary is credited from the 20th of the current month for work done in the previous month.

📋 Documents:
European Union citizenship, visa-free movement, visa, residence card, temporary protection in Poland, and other documents by agreement.

⏳ Minimum work period:
The minimum work period is 3 months. If the work is completed earlier than this period, a fine of 1000 zł is provided. If you plan to resign, you need to notify in advance 10–14 days and work out this period. In case of resignation without notice, a fine of 500 zł is provided.
