Work at the Carrefour food warehouse

🧑🏻 Candidates:
Men up to 40 years old.

📍 Location of work:
Poland, Gródków, Zwycięstwa 31 (~20 km from Katowice).

💵 Salary:
- 24,18 zł/hour net for persons over 26 years old;
- 25,35 zł/hour net for persons under 26 years old;
- 31,40 zł/hour net for students under 26 years old (with a student certificate);
- There is a supplement of 0,70 zł/hour net for independent travel to the place of work.

🕐 Work schedule:
- Work 5 - 6 days a week;
- The workday lasts 8 - 10 - 12 hours;
- Work in day and night shifts.

It's important to understand that the number of hours depends on how many orders are at the warehouse. If there are many orders, there will be more work, and thus more hours. If there are fewer orders, correspondingly, there will be slightly fewer hours.

🛠 Responsibilities:
- Collect orders at the warehouse with food products. Work is done with a scanner or voice system, as well as with an electric pallet truck.

🏠 Accommodation:
- Accommodation costs 550 zł per month (the cost is deducted from the salary);
- In case of renting accommodation independently, a supplement of 1,80 zł for each hour of work is provided;
- Accommodation is provided in a private house;
- 2, 3, or 4 persons will live in a room;
- For a family couple, a separate room is provided to ensure comfort and coziness;
- The accommodation has regular comfortable beds.

📌 Additional information:
- Working processes are conducted in motion and standing, depending on the department you get into;
- The warm department maintains room temperature, and in the cool department it ranges from 0 to +5 degrees;
- The warehouse has vending machines with food and drinks, as well as a dining room. Lunches need to be brought with you or you can buy something light in the machines like sandwiches or snacks;
- You need to work with a scanner, voice system, and a pallet truck;
- Forklift certificate costs 250 zł (deducted from the last salary);
- Medical examination costs 100 zł (deducted from the last salary);
- If you work for more than 6 months, the payment for the certificate and medical examination are not deducted;
- An advance is provided after 14 days of work amounting to 300 zł;
- Salary is credited on the 15th of the month to a bank account for the previous worked month.

⏳ Contract term:
At least 3 months of work is required. If you suddenly decide to end work earlier, 1000 zł will be deducted from the last salary.

🧑🏻 Candidates:
Men, women, married couples up to 45 years old.

If you have experience working in similar warehouses and are slightly older than the specified age, it is not an obstacle. Everything can be discussed individually.

📍 City of work:
Poland, Gródków, Zwycięstwa 31 (~20 km from Katowice).

💵 Salary:
- 26.20 zł/hour net regular rate;
- 33 zł/hour net for students up to 26 years old (with student certificate);
- Additional bonuses for good work performance are provided, ranging from 200 to 1400 zł per month.

🕐 Work schedule:
- Work 6 days a week;
- Workday lasts from 10 to 12 hours, depending on the volume of work;
- Shift starts at 06:00, 14:00, or 22:00;
- In the first week, work takes place only during the day shift, so that employees can more easily get acquainted with the work processes and undergo adaptation. After that, there is a distribution into three shifts according to the warehouse's work schedule;
- On average 240 hours/month.

It is important to understand that the number of hours depends on how many orders there are in the warehouse. If there are many orders, there will be more work, and therefore more hours. If there are fewer orders, then accordingly, there will be slightly fewer hours.

🛠 Responsibilities:
- You need to assemble orders according to applications and prepare them for shipment. Ready orders need to be moved to the shipping zones using an electric pallet truck. Work is performed using the Voice Picking system, where all tasks are received in the form of voice commands in Polish. You also need to work on the electric pallet truck and place goods on the shelves according to the warehouse system.

🏠 Accommodation:
- Housing costs 600 zł/month (deducted from salary);
- In case of renting accommodation independently, a surcharge of 1.50 zł for each hour of work is provided (surcharge for students is not provided);
- Accommodation is provided in a hostel;
- 2 - 3 - 4 persons will live in the room;
- For a married couple, a separate room is provided for comfort and coziness;
- Regular comfortable beds are provided in the accommodation;
- Transportation from accommodation to the workplace is organized. Everything is thought out for your convenience, so you feel comfortable every day.

📌 Additional information:
- Work processes take place standing and in motion. You need to work with a scanner and use a cart;
- You need to work at the set pace and meet the established productivity norm, for example, processing about 120 boxes per hour;
- Work takes place in the dry department of the warehouse, where everyday goods are stored, including household chemicals, food, cosmetics, sweets, snacks, and other products;
- Warehouse temperature is +15 degrees;
- Training and certificate for operating an electric cart cost 300 zł, which is deducted from salary after the first month of work;
- Work clothes and shoes are provided free of charge if you work 45 days;
- A sanitary book is issued free of charge if you work 45 days;
- An advance is provided after 14 days of work in the amount of 500 zł.
🚍 Free transportation is provided from the following location:
- Henryka Sienkiewicza 2, 41-200 Sosnowiec.

⚠️ Penalties:
Failure to appear for work:
- If the coordinator is not informed about the absence from work, a penalty of 300 zł is charged;
- A penalty is also possible if the notification of absence is received in the morning on the day of the shift without a valid reason.
Alcohol and discipline:
- For appearing on shift in a state of intoxication, a penalty of 1500 zł is provided and dismissal;
- If alcohol is consumed in the hostel and it bothers others, a warning is issued first;
- If the situation repeats, a penalty of 1500 zł and dismissal.
If feeling unwell:
- In case of feeling unwell, it is necessary to see a doctor or call an ambulance;
- You must definitely obtain an L4 certificate and inform the coordinator so that everything can be calmly agreed upon and unpleasant situations avoided.
