Work in the Aurora goods warehouse

🧑🏻 Candidates:
Men, women, and couples up to 42 years old.

📍 Work location:
Poland, Bielany Wrocławskie, Handlowa 2 (~10 km from Wrocław).

💵 Salary:
- 26 zł/hour net regular rate;
- 32.50 zł/hour net for students under 26 years old (with student ID proof).

🕐 Work schedule:
- Flexible (variable) schedule;
- Work 6 days a week;
- Days off can fall on weekdays as well as Saturday or Sunday;
- Workday lasts 10 hours;
- First shift from 06:00 to 16:30;
- Second shift from 18:00 to 04:30;​​
- There is a 30-minute break during the workday to rest and recharge.

It's important to understand that the number of hours depends on the number of orders in the warehouse. If there are many orders, there will be more work and therefore more hours. If there are fewer orders, there will be slightly fewer hours accordingly.

🛠 Responsibilities:
- You need to work with goods returned by customers. Responsibilities include checking the product after return, assessing its condition, and sorting according to established requirements. It is also necessary to scan products, enter information into the system, prepare goods for re-placement in the warehouse or further shipping. It is important to maintain order at the workplace and adhere to the organization of the work process.

🏠 Accommodation:
- Accommodation costs 600 zł/month (deducted from the salary);
- In case of renting accommodation independently, there is an additional 2 zł per working hour;
- Accommodation is provided in a hostel;
- There will be 3 - 4 people per room;
- Separate rooms are provided for couples for comfort and coziness;
- Regular comfortable beds are available in the accommodation;
- Accommodation is located in Sadków;
- Transportation from the accommodation to the workplace is organized for convenience, ensuring daily comfort.

Umowa zlecenie.

📌 Additional information:
- Work processes are mobile using a scanner;
- For those who commute to the warehouse independently, travel expenses are compensated in the amount of 150 zł;
- If the work period is less than one month, 100 zł will be deducted from the salary for a medical examination;
- An advance is provided after 7 days of work in the amount of 300 zł;
- Salary is credited from the 15th to the 25th of each month for the previous worked month to a bank account.

⏳ Minimum work term:
The minimum work period is 3 months. If you resign without a one-month notice, a penalty of 1500 zł is deducted.
