Work at the Auchan product warehouse (ID Logistics)

🧑🏻 Candidates:
Men, women, married couples up to 45 years old.

If you have experience working in similar warehouses and are slightly older than the specified age, this is not an obstacle. Everything can be discussed individually.

📍 City of work:
Poland, Wola Bykowska, 37 (~45 km from Łódź).

💵 Salary:
- 26.20 zł/hour net regular rate;
- 33 zł/hour net for students up to 26 years old (with student certificate);
- Additional bonuses for good job performance ranging from 200 to 1400 zł per month are provided.

🕐 Work schedule:
- Work 6 days a week;
- Working day lasts from 8 to 12 hours, depending on the workload;
- Shift starts at 06:00, 14:00, or 22:00;
- In the first week, work is only during the day shift to help employees familiarize themselves with work processes and undergo adaptation. After that, shifts are distributed according to the warehouse's work schedule;
- On average 240 hours/month.

It's important to understand that the number of hours depends on how many orders are in the warehouse. If there are many orders, there will be more work, hence more hours. If there are fewer orders, there will be slightly fewer hours accordingly.

🛠 Responsibilities:
- You need to assemble orders according to applications and prepare them for shipment. Finished orders should be moved to shipping areas using an electric pallet truck. Work is performed using the Voice Picking system, where all tasks are received in the form of voice commands in Polish. It is also necessary to operate an electric pallet truck and place goods on racks according to the warehouse system.

🏠 Accommodation:
- Accommodation costs 600 zł/month (deducted from the salary);
- In case of renting accommodation independently, an allowance of 1.50 zł is provided for each hour of work (allowance not available for students);
- Accommodation is provided in a hostel;
- 3 - 4 persons will live in the room;
- Separate room provided for married couples for comfort and coziness;
- Regular comfortable beds arranged at the accommodation;
- Transport from accommodation to the workplace is organized. Everything is thought out for your convenience, so you feel comfortable every day.

📌 Additional information:
- Working processes occur standing and moving. You need to work with a scanner and use a cart;
- You need to work at a given pace and meet the established productivity standard, e.g., process about 120 boxes per hour;
- Work takes place in a dry section of the warehouse, where everyday products such as household chemicals, food, cosmetics, sweets, snacks, and other products are stored;
- Warehouse temperature is +15 degrees;
- Training and certification for operating an electric cart cost 300 zł, which is deducted from the salary after the first month of work;
- Work clothing and footwear are provided for free if you work 45 days;
- A sanitary booklet is issued for free if you work 45 days;
- An advance payment of 500 zł is provided after 14 days of work.

⚠️ Fines:
Absence from work:
- If you do not inform the coordinator about not showing up for work, a fine of 300 zł is applied;
- A fine is also possible if notification of absence comes in the morning of the shift without a valid reason.
Alcohol and discipline:
- For appearing at a shift intoxicated, a fine of 1500 zł and dismissal are imposed;
- If alcohol is consumed in the hostel and it bothers others, a warning is issued first;
- If the situation repeats, a fine of 1500 zł and dismissal.
If feeling unwell:
- In case of illness, you must see a doctor or call an ambulance;
- You must obtain an L4 certificate and inform the coordinator to calmly coordinate everything and avoid unpleasant situations.
