Work in the Notino cosmetics warehouse

🧑🏻 Candidates:
Men, women, and married couples up to 45 years old.

📍 Work location:
Poland, Głuchów, Inwestycyjna 2 (~30 km from Łódź).

💵 Salary:
- 25,50 zł/hour net regular rate;
- 31,54 zł/hour net for students under 26 years old (with student ID);
- Additional bonus for exceeding the set plan.

🕐 Work schedule:
- Flexible (variable) schedule;
- Days off may fall on weekdays, Saturday, or Sunday;
- Workday lasts 8 or 12 hours;
- A 30-minute break is provided for an 8-hour working day;
- For a 12-hour working day, two breaks of 30 and 15 minutes are provided.
Work schedule for an 8-hour working day:
- First shift from 06:00 to 14:15;
- Second shift from 14:15 to 22:30.
Work schedule for a 12-hour working day:
- First shift from 06:00 to 18:00;
- Second shift from 10:15 to 22:30;
- Third shift from 14:00 to 02:00.

It is important to understand that the number of working hours depends on the volume of orders in the warehouse. If there are many orders, there will be more working hours. If the volume of orders decreases, the number of working hours will correspondingly decrease.

🛠 Responsibilities:
- It is necessary to sort and package cosmetics, complete orders using a scanner, and receive and check returned goods. For men, loading and unloading goods in the warehouse is additionally provided. 

🏠 Accommodation:
- The cost of accommodation is 400 zł per month (amount deducted from salary);
- If you rent accommodation independently, a 2,50 zł supplement is provided for each worked hour;
- Preparation and booking of accommodation costs 100 zł (amount deducted from the first salary);
- Accommodation is provided in a house or apartment;
- 3–4 people will live in the rooms;
- Separate rooms are provided for married couples;
- Standard single-level beds are arranged in the accommodation;
- Accommodation may be located in Łódź, Piotrków Trybunalski, Tomaszów Mazowiecki, or other settlements near the place of work. The exact place of residence depends on the availability of free places at the time of settlement.

📌 Additional information:
- A comfortable room temperature is maintained in the warehouse;
- The work does not involve significant physical exertion. The main processes involve completing orders using a scanner, sorting, and packaging goods. There are practically no heavy parcels;
- Standards are set for each work process that must be adhered to. Before starting independent work, training time is provided, during which everything is shown and explained in detail;
- Travel to the workplace costs 200 zł per month (amount deducted from the salary). The journey takes about 30–40 minutes;
- Work shoes and a T-shirt are provided for free. Men are also issued work pants, and women need to have their own pants without pockets and metal elements. If working less than 3 months, 245 zł is deducted from the salary for work clothes;
- A medical examination costs 150 zł (amount deducted from the salary);
- An advance of 300 zł can be received after 7 days of work. Until the first full salary is received, an advance can be taken weekly;
- Salary is accrued on the 20th of each month to a bank account for the previous worked month.

📋 Documents:
Visa-free, visa, residence card, temporary protection of Poland, and other documents by agreement.

⏳ Minimum work period:
The minimum period of work is 2.5 months. If work is terminated earlier than the established period, a fine is deducted from the salary.
