Work at the Inter Cars auto parts warehouse

🧑🏻 Candidates:
Men, women, couples up to 43 years of age.

📍 Work location:
Poland, Swobodnia, 35 (~50 km from Warszawa).

📍 Registration city:
Poland, Opole or Wrocław.

💵 Salary:
- 22.68 zł/hour net without signing Pit-2;
- 24.47 zł/hour net when signing Pit-2;
- 25.36 zł/hour net for persons under 26 years old;
- 31.40 zł/hour net for students under 26 years old (with student certificate).
Bonuses:
- Up to 2000 zł/month gross for order collection.

🕐 Work schedule:
- Working day lasts 10 hours;
- From Sunday to Monday, the shift lasts from 20:00 to 06:00;
- From Monday to Friday the shift lasts from 18:00 to 04:00;
- A break during the working day lasts 30 minutes to rest and recharge;
- On average, 200 hours/month.

It is important to understand that the number of hours depends on the amount of orders in the warehouse. If there are many orders, then there will be more work and hence more hours. If there are fewer orders, then correspondingly, there will be slightly fewer hours.

🛠 Responsibilities:
- You need to sort goods using a scanner, which helps to indicate which shelf to proceed to, where the container is located, and also shows the quantity and name of the product. Order picking involves scanning barcodes of individual products, especially when it comes to wholesale orders. If there is nothing to pick at the moment, you need to switch the scanner to sorting mode. During work, it is necessary to compare the indices on the package if there are several items, after which the scanner shows each item separately. Small items collected in cardboard boxes are also displayed on the scanner, and you only need to place the entire box in the appropriate container for sorting.

🏠 Accommodation:
- Accommodation costs 750 zł/month (deducted from salary);
- Accommodation is provided in apartments or houses;
- 2 - 4 persons will live in a room;
- Regular comfortable beds are provided in the accommodation;
- A separate room is provided for a couple to ensure comfort and coziness;
- You need to have your own bed linen, as this is important for hygiene and your comfort;
- Transportation from accommodation to the workplace is organized. Everything is thought out for your convenience so that you feel comfortable every day.

📌 Additional information:
- The job involves picking orders in a large logistics warehouse of car parts;
- The picking process takes place using a scanner, which helps to select products for various orders. Orders include batteries, exhaust pipes, spark plugs, filters, as well as small fastening parts and screws;
- The weight of goods depends on their type. For women, it ranges from a few grams to 12 kilograms, and for men, it can reach up to 25 kilograms;
- Boxes with orders do not need to be carried as automatic conveyor belts are installed in the warehouse. They themselves deliver loaded boxes to the appropriate department and to the necessary shelf;
- Work is conducted in only one department without rotations. In this department, you are gradually taught all processes, explained each stage, and after training, you can confidently work independently;
- At the start of work, a trainer conducts personal training and demonstrates the entire process of displaying or picking goods. Training is conducted one-on-one, so everything is clear, calm, and unrushed;
- Training lasts 3 - 4 days. After a month, you need to contact the foreman, after which the trainer continues to monitor your work, helps, and provides guidance as needed;
- The supervisor has a permanent workplace on each floor, so they can always easily be found. Charts and diagrams of sectors are displayed on the wall, showing where you need to go and how to navigate the warehouse;
- Individual standards are established in the warehouse, which everyone fulfills at their own pace;
- For work, it is important to have good manual skills, be attentive and diligent, have a desire to work, be in good physical shape, and have good vision;
- Meals should be brought with you;
- Accommodation is provided during registration in Opole or Wrocław. The cost is 250 zł, to be paid in cash immediately upon registration;
- An advance is paid after 14 days of work in the amount of 300 zł;
- Salary is credited on the 15th of each month to a bank account for the previous worked month.

📋 Documents:
European Union citizenship, visa-free regime, visa, residence card, temporary protection of Poland, and other documents by agreement.

⏳ Minimum term of employment:
The minimum work period is 3 months. If you quit without a 1 month notice, a fine of 2000 zł is imposed. If you give advance notice, a deduction of 500 zł is made.
