Work at the Frisko warehouse

🧑🏻 Candidates:
Men, women, married couples up to 38 years old.

📍 Place of work:
Poland, Marysin, Akwarelowa 6 (~25 km from Warszawa).

💵 Salary:
- 25.40 zł/hour net regular rate;
- 31.40 zł/hour net for students up to 26 years old (with student certificate).

🕐 Work schedule:
- Floating (variable) schedule;
- Days off can be on weekdays, Saturday, or Sunday;
- The working day lasts 10 - 12 hours;
- Shift starts at 06:00 or 18:00;
- On average, 200 - 240 hours/month.

It is important to understand that the number of hours depends on how many orders are in the warehouse. If there are many orders, there will be more work and therefore more hours. If there are fewer orders, there will accordingly be slightly fewer hours.

🛠 Duties:
- Collect products in special plastic containers using a scanner and hand cart, carefully complete orders, move products around the warehouse, and ensure the accuracy of the assembled products.

🏠 Accommodation:
- Accommodation costs 650 - 750 zł/month (deducted from the salary);
- In case of independent rental, there is a surcharge 1.5 zł for each working hour;
- Accommodation is provided in a hostel;
- 2 - 4 people will live in a room;
- A separate room is provided for a married couple to make it comfortable and cozy;
- Ordinary comfortable beds are equipped in the accommodation;
- Transportation from accommodation to workplace is organized. Everything is thought out for your convenience to make you feel comfortable every day.

📌 Additional information:
- The work processes are carried out on the move using a scanner;
- You need to work in two warehouse zones. In the warm warehouse, the temperature is about +20, and in the Fresh zone, it is between 0 and +6;
- The warehouse premises have comfortable working conditions — there are no drafts, wind, or severe cold;
- Transportation to the workplace from the hostel costs 200 zł/month (deducted from the salary);
- For those who travel by private car, compensation of 170 zł is provided;
- An advance is paid after 7 days of work in the amount of 300 zł;
- Salary is credited from the 15th to the 25th of each month to the bank account for the previous working month.

📋 Documents:

⏳ Minimum work period:
The minimum work period is 3 months. If you resign without one month's notice, a penalty of 1500 zł will be imposed.
