Work in a warehouse of home goods Homla

🧑🏻 Candidates:
Men, women aged up to 50 years.

📍 Location of work:
Poland, Błonie (~40 km from Warszawa).

💵 Salary:
- 24.48 zł/hour net regular rate;
- 31.70 zł/hour net for students under 26 years old (with a student certificate).

🕐 Work schedule:
- Work from Monday to Friday, sometimes Saturdays can also be workdays;
- The working day lasts 12 hours — from 06:00 to 18:00;
- Work is only during the day shifts, no night shifts.

It is also important to understand that the number of hours depends on how many orders there are in the warehouse. If there are many orders, there will be more work, and therefore, more hours. If there are fewer orders, correspondingly, there will be slightly fewer hours.

🛠 Responsibilities:
- You need to complete orders using a manual scanner or invoice, place goods on shelves and racks, move products between departments, as well as label, sort and pack goods.

🏠 Accommodation:
- The cost of accommodation depends on the housing and amounts to 500 - 700 zł per month (the amount is deducted from the salary);
- No allowance for independent housing rental is provided;
- Accommodation is provided in a hostel;
- Rooms will accommodate 3 or 5 people;
- Separate rooms are provided for family couples;
- Standard and bunk beds are arranged in the accommodation.

📄 Employment contract:
Umowa zlecenia.

📌 Additional information:
- You need to have your own comfortable work clothes;
- Work is standing and in motion, depending on the process. Heavy lifting is not required, as orders are collected using a trolley and a manual scanner;
- An advance is provided weekly in the amount of 300 zł until the second salary;
- Salary is credited to the bank account by the 25th of each month for the previous worked month.

- Room temperature is maintained in the warehouse, so it is comfortable to work in any season;
- Knowledge of the Polish language and work experience is not required;
- Each action is meaningful as it is explained to you from start to finish;
- Assistance is provided with the residence card processing.

📋 Documents:
Visa-free, visa, residence card, temporary protection of Poland and other documents as agreed.

⏳ Minimum term of work:
The employment contract is signed for one year. If you decide to resign earlier, please give two weeks' notice.
