Work at the Inter Cars (ILS) automotive parts logistics warehouse

🧑🏻 Candidates:
Men, women, family couples up to 43 years old.

📍 Place of work:
Poland, Swobodnia, 35 (~50 km from Warszawa).

📍 Place of registration:
Poland, Opole or Wrocław.

💵 Salary:
- 4806 - 6800 zł/month gross average salary;
- Paid sick leave is provided at the rate of 80%.
Bonuses:
- Up to 2000 zł/month gross for order collection;
- 300 zł/month gross for monthly attendance;
- 300 zł/month gross for quarterly attendance.

🕐 Working schedule:
- Work from Monday to Saturday;
- First shift from 06:00 to 14:00;
- Second shift from 14:00 to 22:00;
- Third shift from 22:00 to 06:00;
- There is a 30-minute break during the working day to rest and recharge;
- On average, 168 - 250 hours/month.

It's important to understand that the number of hours depends on how many orders are in the warehouse. If there are many orders, there will be more work, and therefore more hours. If there are fewer orders, correspondingly, there will be slightly fewer hours.

🛠 Duties:
- You need to sort products using a scanner that indicates which shelf to go to, where the container is located, and also shows the quantity and name of the product. Order picking involves scanning barcodes of individual products, especially when it comes to wholesale orders. If there is nothing to pick at the moment, you need to switch the scanner to sorting mode. During work, you should compare indexes on the packaging if there are several products, after which the scanner shows each product separately. Small products, collected in cardboard boxes, are also displayed in the scanner, and you only need to place the whole box in the appropriate container for sorting.

🏠 Accommodation:
- Housing costs 750 zł/month (deducted from salary);
- Accommodation is provided in flats or houses;
- 2 - 4 people will live in a room;
- Regular comfortable beds are arranged in the accommodation;
- A separate room is provided for a family couple to ensure comfort and coziness;
- You need to have your own bedding, as it is important for hygiene and your comfort;
- Transportation from accommodation to the workplace is organized. Everything is thought out for your convenience so that you feel comfortable every day.

📌 Additional information:
- The job involves order picking at a large logistics warehouse of car parts;
- The picking process takes place using a scanner that helps select products for different orders. Orders include batteries, exhaust pipes, spark plugs, filters, as well as small fastening parts and screws;
- The weight of the products depends on their type. For women, it ranges from a few grams to 12 kilograms, and for men, it can reach up to 25 kilograms;
- It's not necessary to carry boxes with orders, as automatic conveyor belts are installed in the warehouse. They independently deliver loaded boxes to the appropriate department and shelf;
- Work takes place only in one department without rotations. In this department, you are gradually taught all processes, each step is explained, and after training, you can confidently work independently;
- At the beginning of work, a trainer conducts personal training and shows the entire process of product layout or picking. Training takes place one-on-one, so everything is clear, calm, and unhurried;
- Training lasts 3 - 4 days. After a month, you need to contact the foreman, after which the trainer continues to observe the work, offers help, and gives hints if needed;
- The manager has a permanent workplace on each floor, so it is always easy to find them. Charts and sector diagrams are placed on the wall, showing where you need to go and how to navigate the warehouse;
- Individual norms are set in the warehouse, which everyone performs at their own pace;
- For work, it's important to have good manual skills, be attentive and diligent, have a desire to work, be in good physical shape, and have good eyesight;
- Meals need to be brought with you;
- There are no designated smoking areas on the warehouse grounds, so smoking during work is not provided;
- Accommodation is provided for the duration of registration in Opole or Wrocław. The cost is 250 zł, payment needs to be made in cash during registration;
- An advance is credited after 14 days of work in the amount of 300 zł;
- Salary is credited on the 15th of each month to the bank account for the previous month's worked days.

📋 Documents:
European Union citizenship, visa-free travel, visa, residence card, temporary protection in Poland, and other documents by agreement.

⏳ Minimum work period:
The minimum work period is 3 months. If you quit without one month's notice, a penalty of 2000 zł is withheld. If notified in advance, 500 zł is deducted.
