Work at the Auchan food warehouse

🧑🏻 Candidates: 
Men up to 40 years old.

📍 Work city:
Poland, Lędziny, Zawiszy Czarnego 65A (~25 km from Katowice).

💵 Salary:
- 24,18 zł/hour net for persons over 26 years old;
- 25,35 zł/hour net for persons up to 26 years old;
- 31,40 zł/hour net for students under 26 years old (with student certification);
- A bonus of 0,70 zł/hour net is provided for independent travel to the workplace.

🕐 Work schedule: 
- Work 5 - 6 days a week;
- Workday lasts 8 - 10 - 12 hours;
- Work in day and night shifts.

It is important to understand that the number of hours depends on how many orders there are in the warehouse. If there are many orders, there will be more work, and thus more hours. If there are fewer orders, accordingly, there will be slightly fewer hours.

🛠 Responsibilities:
- You will be collecting orders in the food warehouse. The work involves using a voice system or scanner, as well as an electric forklift (hydraulic cart).

🏠 Accommodation:
- Accommodation costs 550 zł per month (cost deducted from salary);
- In case of self-rented accommodation, a bonus of 1.80 zł per working hour is provided;
- Accommodation is provided in a private house;
- 3 or 4 people will live in a room;
- Ordinary comfortable beds are equipped in the accommodation;
- Possibility to live with a child;
- For a child, accommodation costs 1000 zł/month (cost deducted from salary);
- A separate room is provided for a mother with a child to ensure comfortable living conditions.

📌 Additional information:
- Work processes are performed while moving and standing, depending on the department you join;
- You need to lift boxes weighing up to 25 kilograms;
- There are warm and cool departments, in the warm one there's a pleasant room temperature, in the dairy department it's about -1 degree, and in the vegetable department it's +3 - +5 degrees;
- Food is provided when working in the cold department, in the warm department food is not provided. You can bring your meals or buy something light from vending machines, such as sandwiches or snacks;
- Medical examination costs 100 zł (cost deducted from last salary);
- Forklift certification costs 250 zł (cost deducted from last salary);
- If you work for more than 6 months, the cost for the certificate and medical examination is not deducted;
- Advances are calculated after 14 days of work in the amount of 300 zł;
- Salary is credited on the 15th to a bank account.

⏳ Minimum work period:
You need to work for at least 3 months. If you suddenly decide to stop working earlier, then 1000 zł will be deducted from your last salary.

📍 Place of work:
Poland, Lędziny, Zawiszy Czarnego 65A (~25 km from Katowice).

💵 Salary:
- 25,20 zł/hour net regular rate;
- 32 zł/hour net for students up to 26 years old (with student certificate);
- Additional bonuses are provided for good work results ranging from 200 to 1400 zł per month.

🕐 Work schedule:
- Working 5 - 6 days a week;
- The working day lasts from 8 to 12 hours, depending on the workload;
- Shift starts at 06:00, at 14:00, or at 22:00;
- In the first week, work is only in the day shift, so that workers can easily get acquainted with the work processes and go through adaptation. After this, a distribution into three shifts is made according to the warehouse work schedule;
- On average 240 hours/month.

🛠 Duties:
- It is necessary to assemble and prepare orders according to customer requests, and then move them to the dispatch areas using electric pallet trucks. The work also involves performing tasks through the Voice Picking system, where commands are given in Polish. In addition, it is necessary to move goods around the warehouse and place them on the shelves according to the warehouse system requirements.

🏠 Accommodation:
- Housing costs 600 zł/month (deducted from the salary);
- In case of self-renting accommodation, a supplement of 1.50 zł for each hour worked is provided (the supplement is not available for students);
- Accommodation is provided in a house;
- 3 - 4 people will live in a room;
- A separate room is provided for a family couple to ensure comfort and coziness;
- Ordinary comfortable beds are equipped in the accommodation;
- Transportation is organized from accommodation to the place of work. Everything is thought out for your convenience, so you feel comfortable every day.

📌 Additional information:
- Work processes take place standing and in motion. You need to work with a scanner and use a cart;
- Work takes place in a dry warehouse section where everyday products are stored, including household chemicals, food, cosmetics, sweets, snacks, and other products;
- The warehouse temperature is +15 degrees;
- Training and a certificate for operating an electric cart cost 300 zł, which is deducted from the salary after the first month of work;
- Transportation to the place of work from accommodation is provided, which costs 100 zł, deducted from the salary after the first month of work;
- Work clothes and shoes are provided for free if you work 45 days;
- A sanitary booklet is issued for free if you work 45 days;
- An advance is given after 14 days of work amounting to 500 zł.

🔴 Requirements:
- Warehouse work experience and understanding of processes are required.

⚠️ Penalties:
No show at work:
- If you do not notify the coordinator about not showing up for work, a penalty of 300 zł is charged;
- A penalty is also possible if the absence is reported on the morning of the shift day without a valid reason.
Alcohol and discipline:
- For appearing on shift intoxicated, a penalty of 1500 zł and dismissal is stipulated;
- If alcohol is consumed in the hostel and it disturbs others, a warning is first issued;
- If the situation repeats, a 1500 zł penalty and dismissal follow.
If feeling unwell:
- In case of feeling unwell, you need to consult a doctor or call an ambulance;
- You must take an L4 certificate and inform the coordinator to calmly arrange everything and avoid unpleasant situations.
