Work at the Auchan food warehouse

🧑🏻 Candidates:
Men up to 45 years old.

📍 Work location:
Poland, Lędziny, Zawiszy Czarnego 65A (~25 km from Katowice).

💵 Salary:
- 26.20 zł/hour net regular rate;
- 33 zł/hour net for students under 26 years old (with student ID);
- Additional bonuses for good work performance ranging from 200 to 1400 zł per month are provided.

🕐 Work schedule:
- Work 5 - 6 days a week;
- Workday lasts from 8 to 12 hours, depending on the workload;
- Shift starts at 06:00, 14:00, or 22:00;
- During the first week, work takes place only in the day shift so that employees can become familiar with work processes and undergo adaptation. After this, distribution into three shifts according to the warehouse's work schedule is carried out;
- On average, 240 hours/month.

It's important to understand that the number of hours depends on the amount of orders in the warehouse. If there are many orders, there will be more work and, consequently, more hours. If there are fewer orders, the hours will be slightly less.

🛠 Responsibilities:
- It is necessary to pick and prepare orders according to customer requests, then move them to the shipping areas using electric pallet trucks. The job also involves performing tasks through the Voice Picking system, where commands are received in Polish. Additionally, it is necessary to move goods around the warehouse and place them on shelves according to the warehouse system requirements.

🏠 Accommodation:
- Housing costs 600 zł/month (deducted from salary);
- In case of self-rented accommodation, an additional 1.50 zł for each hour worked is provided (the allowance is not provided for students);
- Accommodation is provided in a house;
- 3 - 4 people will live in a room;
- A separate room is provided for a family couple for comfort and coziness;
- Regular comfortable beds are set up at the accommodation;
- Transportation from the accommodation to the workplace is organized. Everything is thought out for your convenience, so you feel comfortable every day.

📌 Additional information:
- Work processes are conducted standing and in motion. You need to work with a scanner and use a cart;
- The work takes place in the dry section of the warehouse, where everyday goods are stored, including household chemicals, food products, cosmetics, sweets, snacks, and other products;
- The warehouse temperature is +15 degrees;
- Training and certification for electric cart operation cost 300 zł, which are deducted from the salary after the first month of work;
- Transportation from the accommodation to the workplace costs 100 zł, which is deducted from the salary after the first month of work;
- Work clothing and shoes are provided free of charge if you work 45 days;
- A sanitary book is issued free of charge if you work 45 days;
- An advance of 500 zł is provided after 14 days of work.

🔴 Requirements:
- Experience working in warehouses and understanding processes are required.

⚠️ Penalties:
Absence from work:
- If you don't inform the coordinator about an absence from work, a penalty of 300 zł is imposed;
- A penalty may also be imposed if notification of absence is received in the morning on the day of the shift without a valid reason.
Alcohol and discipline:
- Showing up for a shift in a state of intoxication incurs a penalty of 1500 zł and dismissal;
- If alcohol is consumed in the hostel and it disturbs others, a warning is issued;
- If the situation repeats, a penalty of 1500 zł and dismissal.
If feeling unwell:
- In case of feeling unwell, contact a doctor or call an ambulance;
- It is mandatory to obtain a sick leave certificate (L4) and inform the coordinator to peacefully coordinate everything and avoid unpleasant situations.
