Work at the home goods warehouse JYSK

🧑🏻 Candidates:
Men up to 50 years old.

📍 Place of work:
Poland, Radomsko, Duńska 22 (~40 km from Częstochowa).

💵 Salary:
- 30.60 zł/hour gross regular rate;
- A bonus of 25% to the rate is provided for meeting the established standard;
- A 20% surcharge is provided for night work hours;
- A 50% surcharge is provided for overtime hours;
- A 100% surcharge is provided for work on holidays and Sundays.

🕐 Work schedule:
- Work from Monday to Friday;
- The workday lasts 8 hours;
- First shift from 06:00 to 14:00;
- Second shift from 14:00 to 22:00;
- Third shift from 22:00 to 06:00;
- During the working day, a break of 25 minutes is provided;
- Overtime hours can be worked if necessary.

It is important to understand that the number of working hours depends on the volume of orders in the warehouse. If there are many orders, there will be more working hours. If the volume of orders decreases, the number of working hours will also decrease.

🛠 Responsibilities:
- It is necessary to receive goods in the warehouse, assemble orders using a scanner, and carefully stack goods on pallets. Responsibilities also include loading and unloading goods and preparing them for further movement within the warehouse.

🏠 Accommodation:
- Accommodation is provided for free;
- No additional compensation is provided for independent housing rental;
- Accommodation is provided in apartments or houses with good living conditions;
- Rooms will accommodate 3–4 people each;
- Rooms are equipped with standard single-level beds;
- Utility payments and Wi-Fi are included in the accommodation cost, no additional payment is required;
- Housing is located approximately 15–20 minutes on foot from work, so it can be reached on foot;
- Travel by private or public transportation is not compensated.

Umowa o pracę. 

📌 Additional information:
- The work involves physical exertion, so it is important to be in good physical condition;
- A health book for work is not required;
- Work clothes are provided for free;
- A full meal can be purchased at the warehouse for 9 zł, which includes first and second courses and compote;
- An advance can be received once after working 7 days;
- Salary is credited by the 10th of each month for the previous worked month.

📋 Documents:
European Union citizenship, visa-free, visa, residence card, temporary protection of Poland, and other documents by agreement.

⏳ Minimum employment period:
Must work at least 3 months. If the work is completed before this term, from 500 to 1000 zł will be deducted from the salary.
