Work at the Temu warehouse

🧑🏻 Candidates:
Men, women, married couples up to 55 years old.

📍 Workplace:
Poland, Mysłowice, Mikołowska 31B (~10 km from Katowice).

💵 Salary:
- 26zł/hour net regular rate;
- 31,40 zł/hour net for students up to 26 years (with a student certificate);
- For good work results, efficiency, and productivity, an additional bonus of 800 zł is provided.

🕐 Work schedule:
- Work 5-6 days a week;
- Workday lasts 8 - 12 hours.
The work schedule for an 8-hour workday looks like this:
- First shift from 06:00 to 14:00;
- Second shift from 14:00 to 22:00;
- Third shift from 22:00 to 06:00.
The work schedule for a 12-hour workday looks like this:
- First shift from 06:00 to 18:00;
- Second shift from 18:00 to 06:00.

It's important to understand that the number of hours depends on the amount of orders in the warehouse. If there are many orders, there will be more work, and therefore more hours. If there are fewer orders, accordingly, there will be slightly fewer hours.

🛠 Responsibilities:
- You need to complete orders, collect necessary goods according to the list using a scanner, sort products, and prepare ready orders for shipping. All processes are organized sequentially, so the tasks are clear and easy to execute.

🏠 Accommodation:
- Housing costs 400 zł/month (deducted from salary);
- If housing is rented independently, an additional 1 zł per worked hour is provided (needs to be clarified in the office upon registration);
- Accommodation is provided in a hostel;
- 3 people will live in a room;
- A separate room is provided for a married couple to ensure comfort and coziness;
- The accommodation has regular comfortable beds;
- Transportation from the accommodation to the workplace is organized. Everything is thought out for your convenience, so you feel comfortable every day.

Umowa zlecenie.

📌 Additional information:
- Work in the warehouse of a popular Chinese goods online store;
- The maximum lifting weight is up to 10 kilograms;
- The warehouse temperature is +20 degrees;
- Work clothes are provided, namely work shoes, vest, pants, and sweater;
- Lunches need to be brought with you;
- An advance is credited after 10 working days in the amount of 300 zł;
- Salary is credited by the 20th of each month to a bank account for the previous month worked.

- Help with obtaining a residence card is provided.

📋 Documents:
European Union citizenship, visa-free, visa, residence card, temporary protection of Poland, and other agreed documents.

⏳ Minimum working period:
The minimum working period is two weeks. In case of resignation without a two-week notice, a fine of 1500 zł is provided.
