Work on sorting oversized parcels DPD

🧑🏻 Candidates: 
Men up to 55 years of age.

📍 Place of work:
Poland, Lućmierz-Las, Sadowa 8A (~20 km from Łódź).

📍 Place of registration:
Poland, Łódź.

💵 Salary:
- 28.44 zł/hour net for individuals over 26 years old, provided there are no work absences;
- 25.44 zł/hour net for individuals over 26 years old if there were absences;
- 31.50 zł/hour net for students under 26 years old (with a student certificate);
- 34.50 zł/hour net for students under 26 years old, provided there are no work absences (with a student certificate);
- A bonus of 400 zł net for working a full calendar month without absences.

🕐 Work schedule:
- Work from Monday to Friday;
- The workday lasts up to 12 hours;
- Shifts start at 16:00, 17:00, or 17:30;
- The end of the workday is determined based on production needs. The exact time the shift ends is communicated at the end of the current work shift;
- Work is conducted only in night shifts.

It's important to understand that the number of hours depends on how many orders are at the warehouse. If there are many orders, there will be more work and therefore more hours. If there are fewer orders, correspondingly, there will be slightly fewer hours.

🛠 Duties:
- The work involves placing parcels on an automatic sorting line, moving shipments from pallets and metal grids to the sorter, as well as sorting parcels automatically or manually into the appropriate bins or cages according to a zonal system. It is also necessary to scan parcels before dispatch and work with a scanner to record all shipments in the system. All processes are carried out according to specified rules and in compliance with established procedures.

🏠 Accommodation:
- Housing costs 550 zł/month (deducted from salary);
- If renting accommodation independently, a surcharge of 2 zł for each hour of work is provided. The surcharge is paid on the condition that the number of absences during the month does not exceed two days;
- Accommodation is provided at a hostel;
- 3 - 4 people will live in a room;
- Ordinary comfortable beds are arranged at the housing;
- Organized transportation from accommodation to the workplace. Everything is thought out for your convenience so that you feel comfortable daily.

📌 Additional information:
- Work processes are conducted in movement and standing by the conveyor line;
- The maximum lifting weight is 35 kilograms;
- Once per shift, a free meal is provided;
- Free drinking water and fruits are provided at the warehouse;
- A one-time deduction of 200 zł from the salary for a workwear set, which includes work shoes, two T-shirts, and pants;
- An advance is provided after 14 days of work amounting to 400 zł;
- Salaries are credited on the 20th day to a bank account.

⏳ Minimum work term:
There is no minimum work term, but it is necessary to give two weeks' notice before leaving. If you leave without notice, a penalty of 1000 zł is withheld.

📍 Work location:
Poland, Lućmierz-Las, Sadowa 8A (~20 km from Łódź).

💵 Salary:
- 26 zł/hour net — standard rate;
- 32.04 zł/hour net for students up to 26 years old (with student certificate).
From 01.10.2026 to 31.12.2026, increased attendance bonuses apply:
- 4 zł/hour for students up to 26 years old instead of the usual 2 zł/hour;
- 3.23 zł/hour for individuals up to 26 years old without student status, instead of 1.62 zł/hour;
- 2.84 zł/hour for individuals over 26 years old instead of 1.45 zł/hour.

The bonus amount depends on attendance. If you regularly show up for work and have no absences, you can receive additional payment for each hour worked.

🕐 Work schedule:
- Work is from Monday to Friday. Saturday and Sunday are usually days off, but you can work additionally on Sunday if desired;
- The working day lasts 8–12 hours;
- Shifts start at 15:30, 16:00, or 18:00, so work is in the evening and night time;
- There is a 20-minute break during the working day;
- On average, you can work 176–220 hours per month.

It's important to understand that the number of working hours depends on the volume of orders in the warehouse. If there are many orders, there will be more working hours. If the volume of orders decreases, the number of working hours will also decrease.

🛠 Responsibilities:
- In the warehouse, you need to sort and pack parcels. The main tasks include unloading boxes and envelopes, distributing them by delivery directions, preparing and loading shipments for further transportation. You also need to pack parcels of non-standard sizes.

🏠 Accommodation:
- The cost of accommodation is 500 zł per month (the amount is deducted from the salary);
- Preparation and booking of accommodation costs 100 zł (the amount is deducted from the first salary);
- If you rent accommodation on your own, an additional payment of 1.85 zł for each hour worked is provided;
- Accommodation is provided in the city of Łódź, organized in apartments or houses;
- There will be 3–4 people in a room;
- The accommodation is equipped with regular single beds.

📌 Additional information:
- The work is physically active and involves moving large and heavy parcels, so it's important to be prepared for physical exertion throughout the shift;
- Free transport to the workplace is organized;
- Workwear is provided for free. You will receive shoes, trousers, and two t-shirts. If you stop working earlier than 3 months, 240 zł will be deducted from your salary for the clothing set;
- A medical examination is conducted on the day of signing the contract and costs 150 zł (the amount is deducted from the salary);
- You can obtain a certificate for operating a forklift and simple electric pallet truck if desired. The cost of issuing is 100 zł, deducted from the first salary;
- An advance payment of 300 zł can be received after 7 days of work. Until the first full salary is received, advances can be taken weekly;
- The salary is credited on the 20th of each month to a bank account for the previous month's work.
