Work at the ILS auto parts warehouse

🧑🏻 Candidates:
Men up to 45 years of age.

📍 Workplace:
Poland, Błonie, Sochaczewska 98C (~40 km from Warszawa).

💵 Salary:
- 28 zł/hour net regular rate;
- 34.04 zł/hour net for students under 26 years old (with a student certificate).

🕐 Work schedule:
- Work from Monday to Friday;
- The working day lasts 10 hours;
- First shift from 06:00 to 16:00;
- Second shift from 12:00 to 22:00;
- During the peak season, night shifts may also be introduced from 20:00 to 06:00;
- A 30-minute break is provided during the working day;
- On average, you can work 200–240 hours per month.

It's important to understand that the number of working hours depends on the volume of orders in the warehouse. If there are many orders, there will be more working hours. If the volume of orders decreases, the number of working hours will decrease accordingly.

🛠 Responsibilities:
- You need to assemble orders of car tires designed for passenger vehicles and prepare them for shipment. Main tasks include finding and selecting the right tires according to the order, checking their quality, and packaging. 

🏠 Accommodation:
- The cost of accommodation is 600 zł per month (deducted from the salary);
- A one-time payment of 100 zł for preparation and booking of housing (deducted from the first salary);
- If you rent housing independently, a bonus of 2 zł per worked hour is provided.

📄 Employment contract:
Umowa zlecenia.

📌 Additional information:
- A manual scanner is used for work to scan product barcodes and verify the correctness of the assembly;
- Travel to work is done by public transportation. The cost of travel is 50 zł at your own expense;
- Work clothes and shoes are provided free of charge. If you stop working earlier than 3 months, 300 zł for the work clothes set will be deducted from your salary;
- Medical examination costs 150 zł (deducted from the first salary);
- Smoking is prohibited throughout the warehouse, so it's important to adhere to established rules;
- An advance of 300 zł can be received after 7 days of work. Until the first full salary is received, an advance can be taken weekly;
- Salary is credited on the 20th of each month to the bank account for the previous worked month.

- Work mainly in day and evening shifts, night shifts are only possible during the peak season;
- Knowledge of the Polish language and work experience are not required;
- You will gradually master all work processes, and experienced colleagues will help you adapt more quickly.

📋 Documents:
Visa-free, visa, residence card, temporary protection in Poland, and other documents by agreement.

⏳ Minimum employment period:
The minimum work period is 2.5 months. If you stop working earlier than the specified period, a penalty deduction from the salary is provided.
