Cosmetics Warehouse Job at Avon (GXO)

🧑🏻 Candidates:
Men up to 50 years old.

📍 Place of work:
Poland, Garwolin, Trakt Lwowski 99 (~65 km from Warszawa).

📍 Place of registration:
Poland, Sochaczew.

💵 Salary:
- 33 zł/hour gross standard rate;
- For students up to 26 years old, the gross rate equals the net rate;
- A bonus of 250 zł gross per month is provided for good attendance if you work the entire month without absences.

🕐 Work schedule:
- Work from Monday to Friday;
- Working day lasts 8–12 hours.
Work schedule for an 8-hour working day:
- First shift from 06:00 to 14:00;
- Second shift from 14:00 to 22:00;
- Third shift from 22:00 to 06:00.
Work schedule for a 12-hour working day:
- First shift from 06:00 to 18:00;
- Second shift from 18:00 to 06:00.

It's important to understand that the number of working hours depends on the volume of orders in the warehouse. If there are many orders, there will be more working hours. If the volume of orders decreases, accordingly, the number of working hours also decreases.

🛠 Responsibilities:
- You need to assemble orders in the warehouse using a scanner and forklift. The scanner will display information about where the required product is located and in what quantity it needs to be collected. Your task is to approach the appropriate shelf, collect the necessary products, place them carefully on the pallet, and move on to the next order. 

🏠 Accommodation:
- The cost of accommodation is 660 zł per month (amount deducted from salary);
- Separate rooms are available for married couples. The cost of such a room is 1320 zł per month (amount deducted from salary);
- Accommodation is provided in a hotel;
- The room will accommodate 2 or 4 people;
- Single and bunk beds are available at the accommodation;
- Bedding is provided, but we recommend bringing your own set to replace it;
- There are shared dishes on site, but you need to have your own spoon, fork, plate, and cup. If desired, you can bring a small pot, pan, and food storage container;
- The accommodation is located just across the road from the warehouse, so you can walk to work in just a few minutes.

Umowa zlecenia.

📌 Additional information:
- Work is conducted in motion between warehouse shelves using a scanner and forklift;
- Knowledge of the Polish language at a communicative level would be an advantage, but it's possible to work without language skills;
- An advance of 200–300 zł can be received after 14 days of work;
- Salary is credited on the 20th of each month to a bank account.

📋 Documents:
European Union citizenship, visa-free travel, visa, residency card, temporary protection of Poland, and other documents as agreed.

⏳ Term of work under the contract:
You need to work for at least 3 months. If you suddenly decide to finish your work earlier, an amount of 500 zł will be deducted from your last salary.
