Cosmetics Warehouse Job at Avon (GXO)

🧑🏻 Candidates:
Men up to 45 years old.

📍 Work location:
Poland, Garwolin, Trakt Lwowski 99 (~65 km from Warszawa).

📍 Registration location:
Poland, Sochaczew.

💵 Salary:
- 33 zł/hour gross regular rate;
- 33 zł/hour net for students up to 26 years old (with a student certificate);
- Attendance bonus of 250 zł gross per month if the month is worked without absences.

🕐 Work schedule:
- Work from Monday to Friday;
- The working day lasts 8 - 12 hours.
Work schedule for an 8-hour working day:
- First shift from 06:00 to 14:00;
- Second shift from 14:00 to 22:00;
- Third shift from 22:00 to 06:00.
Work schedule for a 12-hour working day:
- First shift from 06:00 to 18:00;
- Second shift from 18:00 to 06:00.

It is important to understand that the number of hours depends on the number of orders in the warehouse. If there are many orders, there will be more work and, therefore, more hours. If there are fewer orders, there will be slightly fewer hours accordingly.

🛠 Responsibilities:
- Need to handle order picking. The work involves using a scanner: you receive an assignment specifying the location and quantity of goods, approach the required shelf, select the products, carefully place them on a pallet, and then move to the next order.

🏠 Accommodation:
- Accommodation costs 660 zł/month (deducted from the salary);
- In case of staying in personal housing, partial reimbursement of accommodation and transport costs up to 500 zł gross per month is provided;
- Accommodation is provided at a hotel;
- There will be 2 or 4 people per room;
- Standard and bunk beds are available in the accommodation;
- A separate room is provided for a couple to ensure comfort and coziness;
- Bed linen is provided, but it is recommended to have your own set as a replacement;
- Common kitchenware is available in the accommodation, but you should have your own spoon, fork, plate, and cup. If desired, you can bring a small pot or pan, as well as a container for food storage;
- Accommodation is located across the road from the workplace. Everything is designed for your convenience, ensuring you feel comfortable every day.

Umowa zlecenie.

📌 Additional information:
- Communicative level of Polish language will be an advantage, but the job is available without language knowledge;
- Work processes involve moving with the use of a scanner and loader;
- An advance payment is provided in the amount of 200 - 300 zł after 14 days of work;
- Salary is credited in the 20s of the month to a bank account.

⏳ Contract work period:
You need to work for at least 3 months. If you decide to leave earlier, 500 zł will be deducted from the last salary.
