Work at the DPD postal warehouse

🧑🏻 Candidates:
Men up to 45 years old.

📍 Work location:
Poland, Dobra, Wodna 38a (~20 km from Łódź).

📍 Registration city: 
Poland, Warszawa.

💵 Salary:
- 26 zł/hour net regular rate;
- 31.50 zł/hour net for students under 26 years old (with student certificate);
- +1.5 zł/hour net for work without absences.

🕐 Work schedule:
- Work 5 - 6 days a week;
- The working day lasts 10 - 14 hours;
- Shift starts at 15:00 or 18:00;
- Work is only in night shifts;
- On average 240 - 260 hours/month.

It's important to understand that the number of hours depends on the number of orders in the warehouse. If there are many orders, there will be more work and therefore more hours. If there are fewer orders, accordingly, there will be slightly fewer hours.

🛠 Responsibilities:
- Need to work at a postal warehouse. Main responsibilities include receiving goods, unloading and loading parcels, as well as sorting parcels and letters.

🏠 Accommodation:
- Accommodation costs 750 zł/month (deducted from salary);
- In case of independent rental of housing, no additional payment is provided;
- Accommodation is provided in a hostel;
- 3 - 4 people will live in the room;
- Regular comfortable beds are available in the accommodation;
- Transport is organized from accommodation to the workplace. Everything is designed for your convenience so that you feel comfortable every day.

Umowa zlecenie.

📌 Additional information:
- Work processes occur in motion and standing at the conveyor line;
- The first week is dedicated to adapting to the workload and work rhythm, to gradually get used to the processes and feel confident during task execution;
- The maximum weight for lifting is 35 kilograms;
- One free meal is provided per shift;
- If you live in your own housing, you need to get to the workplace on your own, as transport in this case is not provided;
- Insurance costs 150 - 200 zł/month (deducted from salary);
- An advance payment is provided after 10 days of work in the amount of 400 zł;
- Salary is credited by the 28th of the month to a bank account.

📋 Documents: 
European Union citizenship, visa-free, visa, residence card, temporary protection of Poland, and other documents as agreed.

⏳ Minimum working period:
The minimum working period is three months. If you finish work earlier, 1000 zł will be deducted from your salary. If you plan to quit after this period, you must notify two weeks in advance. If you do not do this on time, 1000 zł will be deducted from your salary for violating conditions and another 1000 zł penalty for accommodation.
