Work on sorting oversized parcels DPD

🧑🏻 Candidates: 
Men up to 55 years old.

📍 Place of work:
Poland, Lućmierz-Las, Sadowa 8A (~20 km from Łódź).

📍 Place of registration:
Poland, Łódź.

💵 Salary:
- 27 zł/hour net for persons over 26 years old, provided that work is without absences;
- 25.44 zł/hour net for persons over 26 years old, if there were absences;
- 31.50 zł/hour net for students under 26 years old (with a student certificate);
- 33.50 zł/hour net for students under 26 years old, provided work is without absences (with a student certificate);
- Bonus of 400 zł net for working a full calendar month without absences.

🕐 Work schedule:
- Work from Monday to Friday;
- Workday lasts up to 12 hours;
- Shift starts at 16:00, 17:00 or 17:30;
- End of workday is determined depending on production needs. Exact end time of the shift is communicated at the end of the current shift;
- Work is only during night shifts.

It is important to understand that the number of hours depends on how many orders are in the warehouse. If there are many orders, there will be more work and thus more hours. If there are fewer orders, accordingly, the hours will be a little less.

🛠 Duties:
- The job involves placing parcels on an automatic sorting line, moving shipments from pallets and metal grids to the sorter, as well as sorting parcels automatically or manually into appropriate baskets or cages according to the zonal system. It is also necessary to scan parcels before dispatch and work with a scanner to record all shipments in the system. All processes must follow defined rules and established procedures.

🏠 Accommodation:
- Housing costs 550 zł/month (deducted from salary);
- In case of independent rent of housing, an additional 2 zł is paid for each hour of work. The supplement is paid provided that the number of absences during the month does not exceed two days;
- Accommodation is provided in hostels;
- 3 - 4 people will live in a room;
- Ordinary comfortable beds are arranged in the accommodation;
- Transport from housing to the workplace is organized. Everything is thought out for your convenience so that you feel comfortable every day.

📄 Employment contract:
Umowa zlecenie.

📌 Additional information:
- Work processes are conducted on the move and standing by the conveyor line;
- Maximum lifting weight is 35 kilograms;
- Once per shift a free lunch is provided;
- Free drinking water and fruits are provided in the warehouse;
- A one-time deduction of 200 zł is made from the salary for a work clothing kit, which includes work shoes, two T-shirts, and pants;
- An advance payment is provided after 14 days of work in the amount of 400 zł;
- Salary is credited on the 20th to a bank account.

- Zachodnia – Lutomierska (1393), Łódź, 91-052;
- Zachodnia – Limanowskiego (1394), Łódź, 91-302;
- Zgierska – Dolna (1432), Łódź, 91-308;
- Łęczycka / Musierowicza, Zgierz, 95-100.

⏳ Minimum term of work:
There is no minimum term of work, however, you need to give two weeks' notice before quitting. If you leave without notice a penalty of 1000 zł will be imposed.
