Work at the food warehouse Kuchnie Świata

🧑🏻 Candidates:
Men aged 22 to 50 years.

📍 Work city:
Poland, Aleksandrowice, 154 (~20 km from Kraków).

💵 Salary:
- 26 zł/hour net — regular rate;
- 31.50 zł net for students under 26 years old (with student certification);
- Additionally, bonuses ranging from 200–300 zł net are provided.

🕐 Work schedule:
- Work from Monday to Friday, sometimes work on Saturday is possible;
- The workday lasts from 8 to 12 hours;
- First shift from 06:00 to 14:00;
- Second shift from 22:00 to 10:00. 

It is important to understand that the number of working hours depends on the volume of orders in the warehouse. If there are many orders, there will be more working hours. Conversely, if the order volume decreases, the number of working hours will decrease accordingly.

🛠 Responsibilities:
- It is necessary to collect and package goods in the warehouse according to orders, scan barcodes using a special scanner, wrap the products in packing film, and prepare orders for shipment. It is also necessary to move goods around the warehouse using an electric cart.

🏠 Accommodation:
- The cost of accommodation is 550 zł per month (amount deducted from salary);
- If you reside in your own or independently rented accommodation, an extra 1.50 zł is provided for every hour worked. For students, this extra pay is not provided;
- Accommodation is provided in a hostel;
- 4 people will share a room;
- Regular single-level beds are available in the accommodation;
- The accommodation is located approximately a 20-minute walk from the workplace, so you can walk to work.

📌 Additional information:
- The job is at a large logistics warehouse that deals with the storage and supply of food products for restaurants, hotels, stores, and other establishments throughout Poland. Various types of products are stored here: dry, chilled, and frozen products;
- It is important to consider that the work is carried out in low-temperature conditions. The warehouse temperature can drop to -15 degrees, so you need to be prepared to work in a cold environment;
- Transport to the workplace is not provided. If you stay at the provided hostel, you can walk to the warehouse in approximately 20 minutes. In other cases, you need to arrange transportation yourself;
- A medical examination is required before starting work, costing 200 zł (amount deducted from the first salary);
- Work clothing is provided free of charge, provided you work for at least 3 months. If you finish work earlier, 350 zł will be deducted from your salary for the clothing;
- An advance can be received weekly. The first advance of 200 zł is provided after 5 days of work;
- Salary is credited on the 25th of the next month to a bank account.

- Knowledge of the Polish language and work experience are not required;
- Everything necessary for fulfilling duties will be taught directly at the workplace, so even without experience, you can gradually learn all processes;

📋 Documents:
Visa-free, visa, residence permit, temporary protection of Poland, and other documents by agreement.

⏳ Minimum duration of work: 
The minimum period of work is one and a half months. If you plan to resign, you must give two weeks' notice. If this is not done in time, 1000 zł will be deducted from your salary.
