Work in the Zooplus pet warehouse

💵 Salary:
- 25.36 zł/hour net regular rate. With a guaranteed bonus of 6.50 zł/hour, the rate is 31.86 zł/hour net. The bonus is paid regardless of the number of hours worked;
- 31.40 zł/hour net for students under 26 years old (with a student certificate). With a guaranteed bonus of 6.50 zł/hour, the rate is 37.90 zł/hour net.

🕐 Work schedule:
- Floating (variable) schedule;
- The day off can be on a weekday, Saturday, or Sunday;
- The working day lasts 9–11 hours;
- From Sunday to Thursday, work is in two shifts: from 05:00 to 15:00 and from 15:00 to 01:00;
- On Friday, the shift lasts from 06:00 to 17:00;
- On Saturday, the shift lasts from 06:00 to 15:00.

It is important to understand that the number of working hours depends on the volume of orders at the enterprise. If there are many orders, there will be more working hours. If the volume of orders decreases, the number of working hours decreases accordingly.

🛠 Responsibilities:
- You need to compile orders using a scanner, which displays the necessary goods and their location. While working, you need to move through the warehouse aisles on an electric cart, collect the required goods, and stack boxes on the cart. Duties also include packing and preparing orders for dispatch, printing necessary documents, and processing returns.

🏠 Accommodation:
- The cost of accommodation is 550 zł per month (the amount is deducted from the salary);
- If you rent the accommodation independently, a surcharge of 1.60 zł is provided for each hour worked;
- Before check-in, a deposit of 200 zł is required. After one month of work, this amount is fully refunded;
- Accommodation is provided in a house, apartment, or hostel;
- The accommodation is fully equipped with everything you need;
- 3 people will live in each room;
- Separate rooms are provided for married couples;
- Accommodation is located approximately 10–30 minutes walk from work, so you can walk there.

📌 Additional information:
- Work is carried out in a pet products warehouse;
- No license is required to operate an electric cart, training is provided before starting work;
- During work, you need to lift boxes weighing up to 10–15 kg;
- Work processes are performed in motion and standing, depending on the department;
- Important manual skills, attentiveness, precision in actions, and ability to work with warehouse documentation;
- Before starting work, you need to pass a short 3-minute math test. One mistake is allowed;
- The temperature in the warehouse is from +18 to +20 degrees;
- There is a canteen and vending machines with food and drinks on the warehouse premises;
- Lunch can be purchased from the machine for 16 zł, with several options available;
- Coffee is provided for free if you have your own cup or thermos. Coffee from the machine costs 2 zł;
- Work clothes are provided for free;
- There is an opportunity to eventually become a team leader;
- An advance of 300 zł can be obtained after 5 days of work;
- Salary is credited on the 15th of each month to a bank account for the previous worked month.

🔴 Requirements:
- Must be able to operate a low-level pallet truck or be willing to learn, as the necessary training can be completed on-site;
- A height of 165 cm is required.

- On Mondays, sweet pastries are provided for free, on Wednesdays — fruits, and on Fridays, a grill is organized;

- There is an opportunity to learn how to operate an electric cart for free;
- Knowledge of Polish and work experience are not required;
- All necessary processes will be shown and explained on-site before starting work;
- Assistance is provided with obtaining a residence card.

📋 Documents:
European Union citizenship, visa-free, visa, residence card, temporary protection of Poland, and other documents by agreement.

⏳ Minimum work period:
The minimum period of work is 3 months. If you plan to resign, you must notify 2 weeks before quitting. There are no fines or deductions from the salary, as long as you notify in time.
