Work in the Zooplus pet warehouse

🧑🏻 Candidates:
Men, married couples up to 45 years old.

📍 City of work:
Poland, Krosno Odrzańskie, Newtona 5 (~40 km from Zielona Góra).

📍 City of registration:
Poland, Krosno Odrzańskie.

📍 City of arrival:
Poland, Kostrzyn nad Odrą. 

💵 Salary:
- 29.88 zł/hour net regular rate;
- 37 zł/hour net for students up to 26 years old (with student certificate);
- If you diligently and efficiently fulfill your duties, you can receive an additional bonus up to 800 zł. The final decision on awarding it is made by management.

🕐 Work Schedule:
- Work from Sunday to Thursday is from 05:00 to 15:00 or from 15:00 to 01:00;
- Work on Friday is from 06:00 to 17:00;
- Work on Saturday is from 06:00 to 15:00;
- A day off can be on a weekday, Saturday, or Sunday;
- Work schedule is planned a month in advance.

Also, it is important to understand that the number of hours depends on the amount of orders at the warehouse. If there are many orders, there will be more work and, consequently, more hours. If there are fewer orders, there will be slightly fewer hours accordingly.

🛠 Responsibilities:
- You will be involved in order picking, packaging of goods, and preparing them for dispatch. Duties also include printing documents and processing returns.

🏠 Accommodation:
- Housing costs 350 zł per month (deducted from salary);
- Accommodation is provided in a house, apartment, or hostel; 
- 3 people will live in a room;
- Regularly comfortable beds are available at the residence;
- A separate room is allocated for a married couple for comfort and coziness;
- A deposit of 200 zł is required before moving in. The amount is refunded after a month of work;
- The residence is within walking distance (3 kilometers on foot), easily reachable on foot. Everything is designed for your convenience so you feel comfortable every day.

📌 Additional Information:
- Before starting work, you need to pass a short math test, which lasts 3 minutes. One mistake is allowed;
- Work processes are carried out in motion and standing, depending on the department you fall into;
- It is required to lift boxes up to 10 kg;
- Warehouse temperature is +18 - +20 degrees;
- The warehouse has vending machines for food and drinks, as well as a cafeteria. Lunches should be brought with you;
- Important are also developed manual skills, attentiveness, and precision in actions;
- Commute to the workplace by public transport;
- You can buy coffee from the coffee machine for 2 zł;
- Lunch can be purchased for 16 zł in lunch vending machines, where there are always several options to choose from;
- An advance of 300 zł is provided after 5 days of work;
- Salary is credited on the 15th of each month to the bank account for the previous worked month.

🔴 Requirements:
- Required to be able to operate a low pallet truck or be willing to learn, as a license can be obtained on-site;
- Height required from 165 cm.

📋 Documents:
European Union citizenship, visa-free, visa, residence card, temporary protection of Poland, and other documents by agreement.

⏳ Minimum Work Period:
The minimum work period is 3 months. If you plan to resign, you must notify 2 weeks before leaving. There are no fines or deductions from salary, the main thing is to notify in advance.
