Work at the DPD postal warehouse

🧑🏻 Candidates:
Men up to 50 years old. 

📍 Place of work:
Poland, Łódź, Jędrzejowska 47.

💵 Salary:
- 25.40 zł/hour net — regular rate;
- 31.50 zł/hour net for students under 26 years old (with student certificate);
- Additionally, you can receive an attendance bonus of 4 zł/hour gross. For this, you need to have no more than 2 work absences within a month. If this condition is met, the rate will be 28.67 zł/hour net for those aged 26 and over and 35.50 zł/hour net for students under 26. If there are more than 2 absences, the bonus is not paid, and the salary is calculated without it.

If you need an additional day off or cannot go to work, it is important to notify the coordinator in advance. He will try to coordinate your absence with the staff so you can keep the bonus.

🕐 Work schedule:
- Work from Monday to Friday, Saturday and Sunday are usually off, but occasionally you may be asked to work on Sunday;
- The workday lasts 8 hours, the shift runs from 23:00 to 07:00;
- There are two paid 15-minute breaks during the workday to rest and recharge;
- On average, you can work 168–200 hours per month.

It is important to understand that the number of working hours depends on the volume of orders in the warehouse. If there are many orders, there will be more working hours. If the volume of orders decreases, accordingly, the number of working hours decreases.

🛠 Responsibilities:
- You need to load parcels onto the sorting line, pick them up after processing, and distribute them by destination city.

🏠 Accommodation:
- The cost of accommodation is 800 zł per month (the amount is deducted from the salary);
- Accommodation is provided in apartments or houses;
- 3–4 people will live in a room;
- Regular single-level beds are provided at the accommodation.

📄 Employment contract:
Umowa zlecenia.

📌 Additional information:
- The job involves moving parcels weighing from 300 g to 40 kg. Not all packages are heavy, and if heavier ones occur, they can be lifted with a partner if necessary;
- Work clothing and shoes are provided, their cost is 300 zł (the amount is deducted once from the first salary);
- A sanitary book is not required for work;
- Transport to work should be organized independently, you can use your own or public transport;
- An advance payment can be received once after 7 worked days;
- Salary is paid on the 10th of each month.

📋 Documents:

⏳ Minimum work period:
You must work for at least 3 months. If you finish the work before this period, from 500 to 1,000 zł will be deducted from the salary.
