Work in the production of snacks Eurosnack

🧑🏻 Candidates:
Married couples up to 50 years old.

📍 Work location:
Poland, Psary, Magazynowa 4 (~20 km from Katowice).

📍 Formalization location:
Poland, Myszków.

💵 Salary:
- For women, the rate is 25.30 zł/hour net;
- For men — 25.50 zł/hour net;
- For a conveyor line operator, the rate is 26.60 zł/hour net;
- For a warehouse worker with UDT — 27.60 zł/hour net;
- For students up to 26 years old, the rate is 31.40 zł/hour net (with a student certificate).

🕐 Work schedule:
- Work from Monday to Friday, with possible working Saturdays when there are many orders;
- The working day lasts 12 hours;
- First shift from 06:00 to 18:00;
- Second shift from 18:00 to 06:00;
- Shifts alternate weekly: one week is a day shift, the next is a night shift;
- Family couples work in the same shift;
- During the working day, there are two breaks lasting 20 minutes each.

It is important to understand that the number of working hours depends on the volume of orders at the enterprise. If there are many orders, there will be more working hours. If the volume of orders decreases, the number of working hours will also decrease.

🛠 Duties:
Processes for men:
- It is necessary to service equipment on the corn sticks production line, set it up, and ensure it is in good technical condition. It is also necessary to monitor the production process and promptly respond to possible equipment malfunctions.
Processes for women:
- It is necessary to work on the conveyor line, check the quality of finished products, and pack the corn sticks.

🏠 Accommodation:
- The cost of accommodation is from 500 to 550 zł per month, depending on the place of residence (the amount is deducted from the salary);
- Accommodation is provided in an apartment or hostel;
- Up to 4 people will live in the rooms;
- Separate rooms are provided for family couples;
- Ordinary single-tier beds are arranged in the accommodation;
- Free transportation to the workplace is provided. Transport is organized for each shift to take you to work and back.

📌 Additional information:
- Work processes are performed standing up, there are no sitting processes;
- Lifting heavy objects during work is not required;
- For the first month, you need to have your own white t-shirt without inscriptions and black pants or leggings. Work shoes are provided immediately upon starting work;
- The company maintains a temperature from +23 to +25 degrees. In hot weather, additional breaks for rest are provided;
- Noise levels are within normal limits, there are no foreign odors or dust;
- It is important to have the desire to work and responsibility for your duties;
- An advance of 200 zł can be received after 14 days of work. It is usually provided once, but if necessary, a repeat advance can be arranged;
- Salary is credited by the 15th of each month for the previous worked month exclusively to a Polish bank account.

📋 Documents:
European Union citizenship, visa-free regime, visa, residence card, temporary protection of Poland, and other documents by agreement.

⏳ Minimum employment period:
The minimum period of work is 2 months. If less than this period is worked, 400 zł will be deducted from the salary for a medical examination. If you plan to resign, you must inform at least 14 days in advance. In the case of resignation without prior notice, a penalty equals 5 working days' salary.
