Work in the production of snacks Eurosnack

🧑🏻 Candidates:
Married couple up to 50 years of age.

📍 Work location:
Poland, Psary, Magazynowa 4 (~20 km from Katowice). 

📍 Registration city:
Poland, Myszków.

💵 Salary:
- For women, the rate is 25.30 zł/hour net;
- For men — 25.50 zł/hour net;
- For a conveyor line operator, the rate is 26.60 zł/hour net;
- For a warehouseman with UDT — 27.60 zł/hour net;
- For students under 26 years, the rate is 31.40 zł/hour net (with a student certificate).

🕐 Work schedule:
- Work from Monday to Friday, with possible working Saturdays if a large number of orders are available;
- The workday lasts 12 hours;
- First shift from 06:00 to 18:00;
- Second shift from 18:00 to 06:00;
- Shifts alternate weekly: one week is day shift, the next — night shift;
- Married couples work the same shift;
- Two breaks of 20 minutes each are provided during the workday.

It is important to understand that the number of working hours depends on the volume of orders at the enterprise. If there are many orders, working hours will increase. Conversely, if the volume of orders decreases, working hours will also decrease.

🛠 Responsibilities:
Processes for men:
- Required to service equipment on the corn stick production line, set it up, and monitor its technical condition. Also need to control the production process and respond promptly to any possible malfunctions.
Processes for women:
- Required to work on a conveyor line, check the quality of finished products, and pack corn sticks.

🏠 Accommodation:
- The cost of accommodation ranges from 500 to 550 zł per month, depending on the place of residence (the amount is deducted from the salary);
- Accommodation is provided in an apartment or hostel;
- Up to 4 people will live in a room;
- Separate rooms are provided for married couples;
- Standard single-tier beds are arranged in the accommodation;
- Free transportation to the workplace is provided. Transport is organized for each shift to and from work.

📌 Additional information:
- Work processes are performed standing; there are no sitting processes;
- You do not need to lift heavy items during work;
- For the first month, you need to have your own plain white T-shirt without inscriptions and black pants or leggings. Work shoes are provided immediately upon starting work;
- The temperature at the enterprise is maintained between +23 to +25 degrees. Additional breaks for rest are provided in hot weather;
- The noise level is within the norm, and there are no foreign smells or dust;
- It is important to have a willingness to work and a responsible attitude towards your duties;
- An advance of 200 zł can be obtained after 14 days of work. It is usually provided once, but a repeat advance can be arranged if necessary;
- Salary is credited by the 15th of each month for the previous worked month exclusively to a Polish bank account.

📋 Documents:
European Union citizenship, visa-free travel, visa, residence card, temporary protection of Poland, and other documents by agreement.

⏳ Minimum work term:
The minimum work period is 2 months. If you work less than this period, 400 zł is deducted from your salary for a medical examination. If you plan to quit, you must notify at least 14 days in advance. In case of quitting without prior notice, a penalty of 5 working days' salary is applied.
