Work at the Temu warehouse

🧑🏻 Candidates:
Men, women, married couples up to 55 years old.

📍 Place of work:
Poland, Bielany Wrocławskie, Handlowa 2 (~10 km from Wrocław).

📍 City of registration:
Poland, Wrocław.

💵 Salary:
- 25,55 zł/hour net standard rate;
- 33 zł/hour net for students up to 26 years old (with student certificate);
- Additional bonus for efficiency and productivity is provided.

🕐 Work schedule:
- Work 6 days a week;
- Workday lasts 10 hours;
- First shift from 06:00 to 16:45;
- Second shift from 18:00 to 04:45;
- Two days off are provided after every six working days;
- An average of 200 hours/month;
- A break of 30 minutes is provided during the working day to rest and regain strength.

It's important to understand that the number of hours depends on the number of orders in the warehouse. If there are many orders, there will be more work, and hence more hours. If there are fewer orders, the hours will be slightly less.

🛠 Responsibilities:
- It is necessary to sort goods for shipping to customers, place clothes after returns on shelves, pack and compile orders according to the shopping list from the website. The job also involves using a scanner with graphic markings. It's important to maintain order and cleanliness at the workplace to ensure the process goes smoothly and comfortably.

🏠 Accommodation:
- Accommodation costs 830 zł/month (deducted from the salary);
- In case of independent rental, a surcharge of 1 zł for each working hour is provided (to be clarified at the office during registration);
- Accommodation is provided in apartments and houses;
- 2 - 4 people will live in the room;
- A separate room is provided for a married couple for comfort and coziness;
- Ordinary comfortable beds are arranged in the accommodation;
- You need to have your own bedding, as it is important for hygiene and your comfort;
- Organized transportation from the accommodation to the workplace. Everything is thought out for your convenience, so you feel comfortable every day.

Settlement occurs depending on the availability of free places, so unfortunately, there is no opportunity to choose specific accommodation. The final decision depends on the occupancy of the accommodation at the time of your arrival.

📌 Additional information:
- The work is carried out in a new modern clothing warehouse under comfortable conditions. All processes are performed standing, without physical strain and do not require any special skills;
- Order collection is done using a scanner that supports multiple languages;
- Training lasts only one day, after which you can fully start working;
- There are gradual efficiency norms so you can calmly get used to the work and learn all the processes. On the first day, the standard of productivity is not set. On the second day, you need to achieve 50% efficiency, on the third — 65%, on the fourth — 80%, on the fifth — 90%, and from the sixth day it is expected to reach the full standard of productivity, i.e., 100%;
- At each stage of work, completion norms are set. During the compilation, you need to gather from 90 to 100 units of goods, and during storage — from 225 to 250 units. All indicators are quite achievable, especially after a short training period;
- Meals need to be brought with you, there is a canteen with a refrigerator on the territory of the warehouse where you can conveniently grab a snack during the break. Vending machines with drinks and snacks are also installed, so you can always quickly perk up with coffee or grab something tasty;
- On days of increased workload, for example during Black Friday or the Christmas period, the rate is increased by 1 zł/hour;
- In the department with products, it is forbidden to take food and sweets, wallets and coins, caps, keys, cosmetics, electronics, and phones, opaque bottles with water or thermoses, lighters, matches, electronic cigarettes, medicines, jewelry, watches, bracelets, sunglasses, as well as belts with metal buckles or piercings. The only exception is work devices registered with security;
- If you rent housing independently, you will need to reach work by public transport;
- Accommodation in Wrocław is provided for the duration of registration. The cost is 250 zł, to be paid in cash immediately upon registration;
- An advance is charged after 14 days of work in the amount of 300 zł;
- The salary is credited on the 15th of each month to a bank account for the previous worked month.

📋 Documents:
European Union citizenship, visa-free, visa, residence card, temporary protection of Poland and other documents by agreement.

⏳ Minimum work period:
The minimum period of work is 3 months. If you leave without giving notice for 1 month, a penalty of 2000 zł is withheld. If you notify in advance, 500 zł is deducted.
