Work at the Philips TV Warehouse (CEVA Logistics)

🧑🏻 Candidates:
Men and women up to 50 years old.

📍 Workplace:
Poland, Gorzów Wielkopolski, Złotego Smoka 9.

💵 Salary:
- 31.40 zł/hour gross regular rate;
- 31.40 zł/hour net for students under 26 years old (with student certificate);
- After 5 months of work, a rate increase is provided (supplement for seniority).

🕐 Work schedule:
- Work 5 - 6 days a week;
- The working day lasts 12 hours;
- First shift from 06:00 to 18:00;
- Second shift from 18:00 to 06:00.

It is important to understand that the number of hours depends on the number of orders in the warehouse. If there are many orders, there will be more work and therefore more hours. If there are fewer orders, accordingly, there will be slightly fewer hours.

🛠 Responsibilities:
- You need to pack finished products, wrap goods with protective film for safe transportation, complete orders according to the list, place goods in designated areas at the warehouse, and process orders in the system.

🏠 Accommodation:
- Accommodation costs 550 zł/month (deducted from the salary);
- In the case of independent rental, a supplement of 1.5 zł for each hour worked is provided;
- Accommodation is provided in apartments and hostels;
- 2 or 4 people live in a room;
- Regular comfortable beds are provided at the accommodation.

📄 Employment contract:
Umowa zlecenie.

📌 Additional information:
- Work processes involve movement using a scanner;
- Lunch needs to be brought with you;
- You need to have your own comfortable work clothes and shoes;
- Travel to the workplace by public transport;
- An advance is provided after 7 days of work;
- Salary is credited by the 15th of the month to the bank account.

📋 Documents:
European Union citizenship, visa-free, visa, residence card, temporary protection of Poland, and other documents by agreement.

⏳ Minimum work term:
You need to work for at least 3 months. If you plan to quit, you must definitely notify 2 weeks before quitting.
