Work in the production of Nordflam fireplaces

🧑🏻 Candidates:
Men up to 55 years old.

📍 Work location:
Poland, Cieszyn, Mikołaja Kopernika 2c (~40 km from Bielsko-Biala).

💵 Salary:
- 26.50 zł/hour net regular rate;
- No student rate provided;
- A bonus of 150 zł net is provided for attendance.

🕐 Work schedule:
- Work from Monday to Friday;
- Workday lasts 12 hours;
- First shift from 06:00 to 18:00;
- Second shift from 10:00 to 22:00;
- Work during daytime hours to keep nights for sleep and rest.

It is important to understand that the number of hours depends on the volume of orders at the enterprise. If there are many orders, there will be more work, and consequently more hours. If there are fewer orders, there will accordingly be slightly fewer hours.

🛠 Duties:
- Working with metal parts, processing, grinding, and cleaning finished elements. Also, working near machines, making holes of required size, and performing other simple production processes according to instructions. Work on assembly and packaging of fireplaces is also possible.

🏠 Accommodation:
- Accommodation costs 500 zł/month (deducted from salary);
- No supplement for independent housing rental;
- Accommodation is provided in the cities of Cieszyn and Bielsko-Biała;
- Accommodation is provided in a hostel;
- 3 - 4 people per room;
- Regular comfortable beds are provided;
- You need to have your own bed linen, as this is important for hygiene and your comfort;
- Transport is organized from accommodation to the workplace. Everything is designed for your convenience to ensure you feel comfortable every day.

📄 Employment contract:
Umowa zlecenie.

📌 Additional information:
- The company specializes in the production of fireplaces, stoves, and other heating products for the home. Products are made of metal and cast iron using modern equipment, adhering to production quality standards;
- The initial advance is 200 - 300 zł. Once you've worked for a bit, you can count on a larger amount;
- The salary is credited on the 15th - 20th of each month to a bank account for the previous month's work.

🔴 Requirements:
- Knowledge of Polish at a communicative level is required.

📋 Documents:
Visa-free, visa, residence card, temporary protection in Poland, and other documents by agreement.

⏳ Minimum period of employment:
You need to work for at least 3 months. If you decide to quit earlier, 500 - 800 zł will be deducted from your last salary.
