📍 Workplace location:
Poland, Grójec, Spółdzielcza 4 (~45 km from Warszawa).

📍 Registration city:

💵 Salary:
- The salary is 4,806 zł/month gross;
- A night shift bonus of 20% is provided, which equals 5.55 zł/hour gross;
- Overtime work compensates with a 50% bonus, i.e., an additional 13.88 zł/hour gross;
- Work on Saturdays is compensated with a 100% bonus, approximately equal to 27.77 zł/hour gross;
- A discretionary bonus for attendance and adherence to work standards is possible, up to 700 zł gross, which is up to 15% of the base salary;
- Bonuses and additional financial allowances are not provided separately.

🕐 Work schedule:
- The working schedule includes 5 working days per week;
- The working day lasts 8 hours;
- First shift from 06:00 to 14:00;
- Second shift from 14:00 to 22:00;
- Third shift from 22:00 to 06:00;
- Overtime work and work on weekends may be required depending on the volume of orders;
- There is a 15-minute break during the working day for rest and recuperation;
- On average 170 - 200 hours/month

It is important to understand that the number of hours depends on the number of orders at the automotive plant. If there are many orders, there will be more work, and consequently, more hours. If there are fewer orders, there will be slightly fewer hours.

🛠 Responsibilities:
Responsibilities in the welding process:
- It is required to remove parts from appropriate locations and place them on components, work with welding tables, control the operation of automatic welding machines, and also perform manual processing of parts.
Responsibilities in the painting process:
- It is necessary to remove parts from the appropriate place and hang them on racks, as well as manually transport parts.
Responsibilities in the packaging process:
- It is necessary to work in the product department according to all established standards, inspect finished products, and also operate machines and equipment in the automotive parts production department.
Responsibilities in the assembly workshop:
- It is necessary to work with parts at the table, manually transport parts, hang them, and also pack finished parts in cardboard boxes.

🏠 Accommodation:
- Accommodation costs 350 zł per month (deducted from salary);
- 2 or 4 people will live in a room;
- Ordinary comfortable beds are available in the accommodations;
- Blankets, pillows, and bed linen are provided. There is a fridge in the kitchen, as well as necessary equipment and utensils for daily use;
- Toilets, showers, and kitchens are shared and located on each floor;
- Washing machines can be used free of charge. Most residential premises have free access to WI FI;
- The nearest grocery stores are located approximately 750 meters to 2.7 kilometers away.

📌 Additional information:
- The plant specializes in the production of seat parts and seat structures for such car brands as Audi, BMW, VW, Opel, Citroën, Peugeot, and Daimler;
- It is required to be physically healthy, ready to work shifts, able to work in a team, as well as attentive, neat, and open to learning;
- Work processes are carried out in motion or standing;
- The workplace maintains an elevated temperature, and it can be hot during the summer period, approximately up to +25 degrees;
- Work is performed in compliance with occupational health and safety rules;
- Transportation to the workplace costs 60 zł per month (deducted from salary). The bus stop is located near the hostel, and the trip takes approximately 20 minutes;
- An advance is provided after 10 days of work in the amount of 400 zł;
- Salary is credited on the 15th of the month to a bank account.

🔴 Requirements:
- Knowledge of the Polish language at a communicative level is required.
