Work in the production of automotive parts Sapa

🧑🏻 Candidates:
Men, women, married couples up to 35 years old.

If you are over 35 years old but already have experience working at automobile factories, there is also an opportunity for employment with prior agreement.

📍 Work location:
Poland, Sosnowiec, Gabriela Narutowicza 53 (~15 km from Katowice). 

💵 Salary:
- 25 zł/hour net — regular rate;
- 25.36 zł/hour net for individuals under 26 years old;
- 32.50 zł/hour net for students under 26 years old (with student certificate);
- A bonus of up to 300 zł gross is provided for quality work. If all tasks are performed correctly without errors, the bonus is added to the salary. For students, this amount is paid in full, while for others, the payment amount depends on the respective tax deductions;
- There are no additional payments for night shifts and work on weekends. 

🕐 Work schedule:
- Work from Monday to Friday. Optionally, you can work additionally on Saturday and Sunday;
- The workday lasts 12 hours;
- First shift from 06:00 to 18:00;
- Second shift from 18:00 to 06:00;
- Day and night shifts alternate weekly. One week you need to work during the day, and the next — at night;
- During the workday, there are two paid breaks of 20 minutes each.

It is important to understand that the number of working hours depends on the volume of orders at the automobile factory. If there are many orders, there will be more working hours. Conversely, if the volume of orders decreases, the number of working hours also decreases.

🛠 Responsibilities:
- You need to check the quality of plastic parts, carefully inspect them for damage and other visible defects. It is also necessary to neatly trim excess plastic that may remain after manufacturing the parts. After inspection, you need to pack the finished products and apply the appropriate labeling.

🏠 Accommodation:
- Housing is not provided, so you need to have your own or rent it independently;
- No additional payment for self-rented accommodation is provided.

📌 Additional information:
- The factory produces plastic elements for car interiors;
- Work takes place in a production room maintained at a temperature of approximately +18–22 degrees;
- The automobile factory has ordinary working noise and a slight smell of plastic, but they are not too intense;
- Work is mainly standing, in one place, near equipment for manufacturing plastic parts;
- There are no significant physical loads. Sometimes, it may be necessary to lift or move boxes weighing approximately 5–10 kg;
- If you have allergies or epilepsy, it is important to inform in advance as the production conditions may not be suitable for health reasons;
- No organized transport to the workplace. You can get to work independently by public transport, including bus or tram;
- Special clothing and footwear are provided for work. Their cost, along with sanitary-epidemiological registration, is approximately 400 zł. If you work 6 months, this amount does not need to be paid. If the work period is shorter, the cost is deducted from the salary;
- An advance of 400 zł can be received after the first week of work. If necessary, during the month, you can receive two advances for a total amount of up to 800 zł;
- The salary is credited from the 20th to the 25th of each month for the previous worked month exclusively to a bank account. Cash payment is not provided.

📋 Documents:
Visa-free, visa, residence card, temporary protection in Poland, and other documents by agreement.

⏳ Minimum period of work:
The minimum period of work is 3 months. If you plan to quit, you must notify at least 2 weeks in advance. If you leave the job without timely notification, 1,000 zł will be deducted from your salary.
