Work in the production of seat belts and airbags Autoliv

🧑🏻 Candidates:
Women, married couples up to 50 years old.

📍 Work location:
Poland, Jelcz-Laskowice, Belgijska 2 (~30 km from Wrocław).

📍 Registration city:
Poland, Świdnica.

💵 Salary: 
- 4806 zł/month gross average salary;
- 100% overtime pay for Saturday work and nighttime hours;
- 50% overtime pay for extra hours;
- 20% overtime pay for night shifts.

🕐 Work schedule:
- Work from Monday to Friday;
- The working day lasts for 8 hours;
- First shift from 06:00 to 14:00;
- Second shift from 14:00 to 22:00;
- Third shift from 22:00 to 06:00;
- Optional overtime to work more hours.

It's important to understand that the number of working hours depends on the volume of orders at the enterprise. If there are many orders, there will be more working hours. If the volume of orders decreases, the number of working hours decreases as well.

🛠 Responsibilities:
- Assist in manufacturing car belts and airbags, work with ready forms and blanks, install small parts, and maintain sewing workstations. Also, pack the finished products and prepare them for shipment.

🏠 Accommodation:
- Accommodation is provided for free, only 100 zł per month is required for utilities;
- If you rent accommodation independently, a supplement of 350 zł per month is provided;
- Accommodation is provided in houses, apartments, or hostels;
- 3-4 people per room;
- Separate rooms for married couples;
- Ordinary single beds provided in accommodation;
- Own bedding is required;
- Accommodation may be in Jelcz-Laskowice or Oława. If living in Jelcz-Laskowice, it's about a 30-minute walk to work. From Oława, there’s a service bus costing 130 zł per month.

Settlement is based on available free spaces, so selecting accommodation in advance is not possible. The place of residence is determined right before settlement.

📌 Additional information:
- Work takes place in a closed production facility with a comfortable temperature;
- Work processes are performed standing at specially equipped tables;
- No need to lift and move heavy items;
- Meals can be purchased at the enterprise at a reasonable price, as 50% of the cost is covered, with a maximum meal subsidy of up to 180 zł per month
- Transport to work from Oława costs 130 zł per month, and from Brzeg — 260 zł per month;
- Transport to work from Wrocław is not provided;
- An advance can be obtained after the first week's work, until the first salary payment. After the first salary payment, advances are no longer provided;
- Salary is credited on the 10th of each month to a bank account for the previous month's work.

- Work clothes are provided for free;
- Organized transport to work is provided from Oława and Brzeg;
- Comfortable temperature is maintained at the production facility, allowing work in a t-shirt during shifts;
- Meals can be purchased at a reasonable price, with 50% cost covered;
- Paid leave is provided — 2 days for each worked month. If not all leave days are used, financial compensation of 300 zł is provided upon contract completion;
- Knowledge of Polish and work experience is not required; 
- All necessary processes are shown and explained on site before starting work;
- Assistance with preparing a residence permit card is provided.

📋 Documents:
EU citizenship, visa-free regime, visa, residence permit card, temporary protection in Poland, and other documents by agreement.

⏳ Minimum employment term:
Minimum work term is 4 months; otherwise, 300 zł will be deducted from salary.
