🧑🏻 Candidates:

💵 Salary:
- The estimated gross salary is 4850 zł per month for 168 hours worked;
- Additionally, you can receive a bonus of up to 800 zł;
- A 100% bonus is provided for work on Saturdays;
- Overtime pay is 50%;
- Night shift work includes a 20% bonus.

🕐 Work schedule:
- Work from Monday to Friday;
- The working day lasts 8 hours;
- First shift from 06:00 to 14:00;
- Second shift from 14:00 to 22:00;
- Third shift from 22:00 to 06:00;
- There is an opportunity for overtime if you want to earn more.

It is important to understand that the number of hours depends on the number of orders at the enterprise. If there are many orders, there will be more work, and hence more hours. If there are fewer orders, the hours will correspondingly be slightly less.

🛠 Duties:
- You must work according to production documentation, following work instructions, control requirements, and packaging rules. It is also important to sort waste generated during production in accordance with current standards. It is necessary to maintain order and cleanliness in the workplace and monitor production quality. In case of deviations, you need to inform the supervisor and coordinate with the quality department.

🏠 Accommodation:
- The cost of accommodation is 675 zł per month (deducted from salary);
- Accommodation is provided in a house, apartment, or hostel;
- There will be 3 or 5 people in the room;
- Regular comfortable beds are available at the accommodation;
- A separate room is provided for a married couple to ensure comfort and coziness;
- You need to have your own bedding, as it is important for hygiene and your comfort.

Umowa o pracę.

📌 Additional information:
- Work processes take place standing by the production machines;
- The parts you need to work with are light, so the work does not require significant physical effort;
- Transportation to the place of work is not provided, so you need to get there by public transport or on foot;
- You need to bring your own lunch;
- You can receive an advance after working the first week, until you receive your first paycheck. After the first paycheck is issued, advances are no longer provided;
- Salary is credited to the bank account on the 10th of each month for the previous month worked.
