🧑🏻 Candidates:
Men, women, married couples up to 55 years old.

📍 Place of work:
Poland, Bażanowice, Cieszyńska 1E (~40 km from Bielsko-Biala).

💵 Salary:
- 25.50 zł/hour net regular rate;
- No student rate provided.

🕐 Work schedule:
- Work from Monday to Friday;
- First shift from 06:00 to 18:00;
- Second shift from 18:00 to 06:00;
- Work on Saturday is possible if you wish;
- It is possible to work up to 260 hours per month.

It is important to understand that the number of hours depends on the number of orders at the enterprise. If there are many orders, there will be more work, and therefore more hours. If there are fewer orders, accordingly, the hours will be slightly less.

🛠 Duties:
- You need to assemble and install plastic components for car parts, check finished products for compliance with quality requirements, cut and clean leftovers of plastic after processing, and also apply seals and stickers. The work is done manually and requires attention when working with small elements. It is also possible to perform work in the car plant warehouse, which includes transporting finished products and components, as well as arranging goods according to established rules. In addition, it is possible to work with maintenance and cleaning of production molds used for the manufacture of plastic parts.

🏠 Accommodation:
- Housing costs 500 zł/month (deducted from salary);
- Accommodation is provided in a private house;
- 4 people will live in the room;
- Regular comfortable beds are arranged in the accommodation;
- A separate room is provided for a couple, for comfort and coziness;
- You need to have your own bed linen, as it is important for hygiene and your comfort;
- The accommodation is within walking distance (5 - 15 minutes on foot), you can easily walk to work. Everything is thought out for your convenience, so you feel comfortable every day.

Umowa zlecenie.

📌 Additional information:
- The temperature at the enterprise in summer is about +30 degrees, and in winter it stays at +25 degrees, so it is comfortable to work at any time of the year;
- The work processes are conducted standing and at machines that issue parts, with each machine having its own speed;
- The initial advance is 200 - 300 zł. When you work a little, you can expect a larger amount;
- Salary is credited on the 15th - 20th of each month to a bank account for the previous worked month.

📋 Documents:
Visa-free, visa, residence card, temporary protection of Poland, and other documents by agreement.

⏳ Minimum working period:
You need to work for at least 3 months. If you suddenly decide to finish work earlier, 500 - 800 zł will be deducted from the last salary.
