📍 Work location:
Poland, Bażanowice, Cieszyńska 1E (~40 km from Bielsko-Biala).

💵 Salary:
- 25.50 zł/hour net regular rate;
- Student rate not provided.

🕐 Work schedule:
- Work from Monday to Friday;
- First shift from 06:00 to 18:00;
- Second shift from 18:00 to 06:00;
- Saturday work possible at your request;
- Possible to work up to 260 hours per month.

It's important to understand that the number of hours depends on how many orders the company has. If there are many orders, there will be more work, and therefore more hours. If there are fewer orders, naturally, there will be slightly fewer hours.

🛠 Duties:
- Involves assembling and installing plastic components for automotive parts, checking finished products for compliance with quality requirements, trimming and cleaning plastic residues after processing, and applying seals and stickers. The work is done manually and requires attention when working with small elements. It is also possible to perform warehouse work at the car factory, which includes transporting finished products and components, and organizing goods according to established rules. Additionally, maintenance and cleaning of production molds used for manufacturing plastic parts may be required.

🏠 Accommodation:
- Housing costs 500 zł/month (deducted from salary);
- Accommodation provided in a private house;
- 4 people per room;
- Regular comfortable beds provided;
- Separate room for a couple to ensure comfort and coziness;
- Must bring your own bed linen for hygiene and comfort;
- Housing is within walking distance (5 - 15 minutes), making it easy to walk to work. Everything is thought out for your convenience, so you feel comfortable every day.

Umowa zlecenie.

📌 Additional information:
- Temperature at the facility in summer is about +30 degrees, and in winter stays around +25 degrees, so it's comfortable to work in any season;
- Work processes are carried out standing and at machines that issue parts, with each machine having its own speed;
- Initial advance payment is 200 - 300 zł. After working for some time, you can expect a larger sum;
- Salary is credited on the 15th - 20th of each month to the bank account for the previous month's work.

📋 Documents:

⏳ Minimum working term:
Must work for at least 3 months. If you decide to leave earlier, 500 - 800 zł will be deducted from the last salary.
