🧑🏻 Candidates:

📍 Work location:
Poland, Skoczów, Górecka 63 (~30 km from Bielsko-Biala).

💵 Salary:
- 25.50 zł/hour net regular rate;
- Student rate is not provided.

🕐 Work schedule:
- Work from Monday to Friday;
- First shift from 06:00 to 18:00;
- Second shift from 18:00 to 06:00;
- Working on Saturday is possible at your request;
- It is possible to work up to 260 hours per month.

It's important to understand that the number of hours depends on how many orders are at the enterprise. If there are many orders, there will be more work and, consequently, more hours. If there are fewer orders, there will be correspondingly fewer hours.

🛠 Responsibilities:
- Involves assembly and installation of plastic components for car parts, checking finished products for compliance with quality requirements, cutting and trimming off plastic residues after processing, as well as applying seals and stickers. The work is performed manually and requires attention when working with small elements. There might also be tasks performed in the car factory warehouse, including transportation of finished products and components, as well as organizing goods according to established rules. Additionally, it may involve servicing and cleaning production molds used for making plastic parts.

🏠 Accommodation:
- Housing costs 500 zł/month (deducted from salary);
- Accommodation is provided in a private house;
- 4 people per room;
- Regular comfortable beds are provided;
- For a married couple, a separate room is provided for comfort and coziness;
- You need to have your own bed linen, as it is important for hygiene and your comfort;
- The accommodation is within walking distance (5 - 15 minutes walk), making it easy to reach the workplace on foot. Everything is designed for your convenience, so you feel comfortable every day.

📌 Additional information:
- The temperature at the enterprise is around +30 degrees in summer and remains at +25 degrees in winter, so it's comfortable to work at any time of the year;
- Work processes occur standing and at machines that issue parts, and each machine has its own speed;
- Initial advance payment is 200 - 300 zł. After working for a while, you can expect a larger amount;
- Salary is credited between the 15th - 20th of each month into a bank account for the previous worked month.

📋 Documents:

⏳ Minimum work period:
You need to work for at least 3 months. If you decide to leave the job earlier, 500 - 800 zł will be deducted from the last salary.
