Work in the production of auto parts Hydro

🧑🏻 Candidates:
Men, women, married couples up to 50 years old. 

📍 Place of work:
Poland, Łódź, Graniczna 64/66.

💵 Salary:
- 25.36 zł/hour net regular rate;
- 26.36 zł/hour net when working in the Polernia department;
- From 31.40 to 32.40 zł/hour net for students under 26 years old (with a student certificate). The rate depends on the department you will work in.

🕐 Work schedule:
- Workday lasts 8 hours;
- Short breaks lasting 5 minutes every 2 hours and a 15-minute break every 4 hours are provided during the workday;
- Work is carried out in day and night shifts;
- Overtime work is possible if desired;
- On average, it is possible to work from 170 to 260 hours per month.
The schedule depends on the department you are assigned to:
- In the departments of Anodownia, Montaż, Polernia Trim, and Polernia Reling, work is conducted from Monday to Friday in 3 shifts. Shifts alternate every week;
- In the Fabrykacja 3D and Kontrola jakości departments, a four-shift system is in place: 2 days in the first shift, 2 days in the second shift, 3 days in the night shift, followed by 2–3 days off;
- In the Lakiernia ciekła department, the schedule consists of 4 days in the first shift, one day off, 4 days in the second shift, one day off, 4 days in the night shift, and one day off. 

It is important to understand that the number of working hours depends on the volume of orders at the car factory. If there are many orders, there will be more working hours. If there are fewer orders, the number of working hours will decrease accordingly.

🛠 Duties:
There are several different departments in the factory. The specific process is determined based on the current production need.

Anodownia process:
- For men, work involves moving large frames with parts and performing simple tasks at the computer. It is important to be attentive, independent, and quickly navigate work processes here. Women need to inspect parts after anodizing, check their quality, and pack finished products.

Fabrykacja 3D process:
- You need to service milling machines and clean the material after processing. The main processes are performed using automated equipment.

Kontrola jakości process:
- The job is suitable for men and women. You need to inspect finished parts, check their quality, and ensure there are no visible defects.

Lakiernia ciekła process:
- You need to inspect parts after painting, check their quality, and pack finished products. In certain processes, parts also need to be polished.

Montaż process:
- You need to check the quality of parts, install and assemble the necessary components, and fill out simple work documentation.

Polernia Trim process:
- You need to service grinding and polishing machines. During work in this area, there may be dust and production contaminants.

Polernia Reling process:
- You need to service polishing machines and control the process of part processing. In this area, there may also be dust and production contaminants.

🏠 Accommodation:
- The cost of accommodation ranges from 400 to 500 zł per month (the amount is deducted from the salary). The cost depends on the location of the housing: living in the center of Łódź is more expensive, while closer to the workplace is cheaper;
- If you rent accommodation independently, an additional payment of 2.25 zł for each worked hour is provided;
- Preparation and booking of accommodation cost 100 zł (the amount is deducted from the first salary);
- Accommodation is mainly provided in apartments, but there is also the possibility of settling in a house;
- Rooms will accommodate 3–4 people;
- Separate rooms are available for married couples;
- Conventional single-tier beds are provided in the housing;
- You need to travel by public transport from the accommodation to the workplace. The journey takes up to 40 minutes.

📌 Additional information:
- Assignment to a specific department occurs depending on the current need at the factory, so duties and work schedule may vary;
- Good vision is necessary as the work involves inspecting parts and quality control;
- The job does not involve lifting heavy items, as the parts weigh about 1–1.5 kg;
- Work processes are carried out at separate workstations, not on a conveyor belt;
- Production productivity standards are provided, but they need to be met only after the first 2–3 weeks of work. This time is given to master all the necessary processes;
- You need to travel by public transport to the workplace;
- Work clothes are provided for free, namely pants, warm fleece sweater, work shoes with metal inserts, helmet, protective glasses, earplugs, and gloves;
- The medical examination costs 150 zł (the amount is deducted from the first salary);
- An advance of 300 zł can be received after 7 days of work. The advance can be taken weekly before receiving the first full salary;
- The salary is credited on the 20th of each month to the bank account for the previous worked month.

- All necessary processes will be shown and explained before starting independent work.

📋 Documents:
Visa-free regime, visa, residence card, temporary protection of Poland, and other documents by agreement.

⏳ Minimum work period:
The minimum period of employment is 2.5 months. If the work is terminated before the set term, a penalty will be deducted from the salary.
