Work in the production of parts for Tesla and Mercedes (Megatech)

🧑🏻 Candidates:
Married couples up to 60 years old.

📍 Place of work:
Poland, Tomaszow Mazowiecki, Piaskowa 120 (~80 km from Łódź).

💵 Salary:
- 28 zł/hour net regular rate;
- 32.50 zł/hour net for students under 26 years old (with student certificate).

🕐 Work schedule:
- Work from Monday to Friday;
- Optionally, you can work additional hours on Saturday, these hours are considered overtime;
- Initially, everyone works 8 hours for the first 1–2 weeks to comfortably master all work processes. After training, if desired, you can contact the coordinator and switch to a 12-hour schedule;
- An 8-hour workday includes a paid 20-minute break, and a 12-hour day includes two paid 20-minute breaks;
- Married couples work in one shift.
Work schedule with an 8-hour workday:
- First shift from 06:00 to 14:00;
- Second shift from 14:00 to 22:00;
- Third shift from 22:00 to 06:00.
Work schedule with a 12-hour workday:
- First shift from 06:00 to 18:00
- Second shift from 18:00 to 06:00.

It is important to understand that the number of working hours depends on the volume of orders at the car factory. If there are many orders, the working hours will be longer. If the volume of orders decreases, accordingly, the number of working hours will also decrease

🛠 Responsibilities:
- You need to assemble plastic parts for Tesla and Mercedes cars, including mounting interior elements, door cards, panels, handles, and other components. You also need to check the quality of finished parts, inspect them for damage and defects, package finished products, and maintain order in the workplace.

🏠 Accommodation:
- The cost of accommodation depends on the number of people in the room: 700 zł per month for 4 people, 900 zł per month for 2–3 people, and 1100 zł per person per month for a married couple living in a separate room (amount deducted from salary);
- Accommodation is provided in houses or apartments;
- Rooms will house 2–4 people;
- Regular single-level beds are provided in the accommodation;
- If you live in an apartment, the commute to work takes about 15–20 minutes by bus. Transportation is provided for free — necessary tickets are paid for;
- If you live in a house, you can reach the plant on foot in about 10 minutes, so transport is not provided in this case.

📌 Additional information:
- The work is carried out in a production facility where the temperature is maintained from +20 to +24 degrees;
- Work processes are carried out standing at specially equipped tables;
- There is no significant physical exertion required, lifting and carrying heavy items are not necessary;
- The main work involves assembling and mounting plastic interior elements of cars;
- There is no loud noise or foreign odors at the enterprise;
- The cost of processing sanitary-epidemiological documents is 200 zł, and work clothes cost 250 zł. If you work 6 months, these costs are not deducted from your salary. If you finish working earlier, the total amount of 450 zł will be deducted from the last salary;
- An advance of 400 zł can be received after the first week of work. If needed, two advances up to a total of 800 zł can be given within a month;
- Salaries are credited between the 20th to the 25th of each month for the previous worked month solely to a bank account. Cash payment is not provided.

- All work processes are demonstrated and explained on-site, and you can always ask for help during work;
- Assistance with the preparation of a residence permit card is provided.

Note:

📋 Documents:
Visa-free, visa, residence permit card, temporary protection of Poland, and other documents by agreement.

⏳ Minimum work term:
The minimum work period is 3 months. If you plan to resign, you must notify at least 2 weeks in advance. If you leave work without timely notification, 1,000 zł will be deducted from your salary.
