Work in the production of parts for Tesla and Mercedes (Megatech)

🧑🏻 Candidates:
Men, women up to 60 years old.

📍 Workplace:
Poland, Tomaszow Mazowiecki, Piaskowa 120 (~80 km from Łódź).

💵 Salary:
- 28 zł/hour net regular rate;
- 32,50 zł/hour net for students under 26 years old (with student certificate). 

🕐 Work schedule:
- Work from Monday to Friday;
- Optionally, you can work extra on Saturdays, such hours are considered overtime;
- Initially, everyone works 8 hours during the first 1–2 weeks to calmly master all work processes. After training, if desired, you can contact the coordinator and switch to a 12-hour schedule;
- For an 8-hour working day, a paid break of 20 minutes is provided, and for a 12-hour day — two paid breaks of 20 minutes each;
- Couples work in the same shift.
Work schedule for an 8-hour working day:
- First shift from 06:00 to 14:00;
- Second shift from 14:00 to 22:00;
- Third shift from 22:00 to 06:00.
Work schedule for a 12-hour working day:
- First shift from 06:00 to 18:00
- Second shift from 18:00 to 06:00.

It's important to understand that the number of working hours depends on the volume of orders at the car factory. If there are many orders, the working hours will be more. If the volume of orders decreases, accordingly, the number of working hours will decrease

🛠 Responsibilities:
- Must assemble plastic parts for Tesla and Mercedes cars, including mounting interior elements, door cards, panels, handles, and other components. You also need to check the quality of finished parts, inspect them for damage and defects, pack finished products, and maintain order in the workplace.

🏠 Accommodation:
- The cost of accommodation depends on the number of people in the room: 700 zł per month for 4 people, 900 zł per month for 2–3 people, and 1100 zł per person per month for a couple living in a separate room (the amount is deducted from the salary);
- Accommodation is provided in houses or apartments;
- Rooms will accommodate 2–4 people;
- The accommodations are equipped with regular single beds;
- If you live in an apartment, the road to work takes about 15–20 minutes by bus. Transport is provided free of charge — necessary tickets are paid;
- If you live in a house, you can reach the enterprise on foot in about 10 minutes, so transport is not provided in this case.

📌 Additional information:
- Work takes place in a production facility where the temperature is maintained between +20 to +24 degrees;
- Work processes are performed standing at specially equipped tables;
- There is no significant physical strain, lifting, and carrying heavy things are not required;
- The main work involves assembling and mounting plastic interior elements for cars;
- There is no strong noise or foreign odors at the workplace;
- An advance of 400 zł can be received after the first week of work. If necessary, two advances up to a total of 800 zł can be received during the month;
- Salaries are accrued between the 20th and 25th of each month for the previous month exclusively to a bank account. Cash payment is not provided.

- All work processes are demonstrated and explained on-site, and during work, you can always ask for help;
- Assistance with residence permit applications is provided.

📋 Documents:

⏳ Minimum work term:
The minimum work period is two months. If you plan to quit, you must notify in advance two weeks before. If you do not do so on time, 1000 zł will be deducted from your salary.
