📍 Place of work:
Poland, Chrzanów, Europejska 50 (~50 km from Kraków).

📍 Place of registration:
Poland, Opole or Wrocław.

💵 Salary:
- 5036 zł/month gross.
Bonuses:
- 220 zł for meeting the plan;
- 210 zł for no absences;
- On average, 200 zł gross for night shifts;
- From 60 to 90 zł gross for work on Sundays and holidays;
- Additionally, a laundry equivalent of 34.80 zł gross is paid;
- 80% paid sick leave provided, paid vacation, and a 20% night shift bonus.

🕐 Work schedule:
- Work from Monday to Friday;
- Working day lasts 8 hours;
- First shift from 06:00 to 14:00;
- Second shift from 14:00 to 22:00;
- Third shift from 22:00 to 06:00;
- Four-team system work possible;
- A 30-minute break is provided during the working day for rest and recovery;
- On average, 168 hours/month.

It is important to understand that your schedule will depend on the specific process you are assigned to. It may be work from Monday to Friday or work in a four-team system. The final schedule is determined by production needs, so everything is clarified after distribution to a specific process. The number of hours depends on the number of orders at the enterprise. If there are many orders, there will be more work and, therefore, more hours. If there are fewer orders, correspondingly, there will be slightly fewer hours.

🛠 Responsibilities:
- Work at a modern automated car parts manufacturing plant. The enterprise is equipped with robotic systems that assist during production processes and provide convenient and safe workplaces. You need to service machines and perform work with the support of modern equipment, where all processes are clear and proceed step by step.

🏠 Accommodation:
- Housing costs 550 zł/month (deducted from salary);
- Accommodation provided in apartments;
- 2 - 4 people will live in a room;
- Standard comfortable beds are arranged in the accommodation;
- You need to have your own bedding, as it is important for hygiene and your comfort;
- For a family couple, a separate room is provided for comfort and coziness;
- Organized transport from accommodation to the workplace. Everything is thought out for your convenience for you to feel comfortable every day.

📌 Additional information:
- Work processes take place standing near production machines;
- Before starting work, you need to pass simple math tests and perform tasks on finding defects in parts to ensure your attentiveness and readiness for production processes;
- The enterprise has vending machines with food and drinks, as well as a canteen where you can buy inexpensive lunches for about 15 zł;
- Temperature at the enterprise +20 - +25 degrees;
- The working process is accompanied by light machine noise, which is quickly adapted to as it is part of the usual production atmosphere;
- Good manual skills are required as the job involves accuracy and attention to detail. Good eyesight also matters, as it helps to perform daily tasks effectively and safely;
- Accommodation is provided in Opole or Wrocław during registration. The cost is 250 zł, and payment must be made in cash immediately during registration;
- An advance is credited after 14 days of work in the amount of 300 zł;
- Salary is credited on the 15th of the month to the bank account for the previous month worked.

🔴 Requirements:
- Minimum level of Polish language knowledge is required.

📋 Documents:
EU citizenship, visa-free, visa, residence card, temporary protection of Poland, and other documents by agreement.

⏳ Minimum work term:
The minimum work period is 3 months. If you leave without 1 month's notice, a penalty of 2000 zł is withheld. If you notify in advance, 500 zł is deducted.
