Work in the production of plastic car parts Kwang Duck

🧑🏻 Candidates:
Men up to 50 years old.

📍 Work location:
Poland, Tarnowskie Góry, ks. Prałata Edwarda Płonki 2 (~35 km from Katowice).

📍 Registration city:
Poland, Katowice.

💵 Salary:
- 25.36 zł/hour net regular rate;
- 31.40 zł/hour net for students under 26 years old (with student ID);
- A travel allowance is provided — 0.60 zł net for each worked hour, but not more than 100 zł per month.

🕐 Work schedule:
- Work from Monday to Thursday, Friday may also be a working day if there are many orders at the company;
- The working day lasts for 12 hours;
- First shift from 06:00 to 18:00;
- Second shift from 18:00 to 06:00;
- There is a main break of 20 minutes during the working day, as well as short breaks every 2 hours;
- On average, you can work 180–250 hours per month.

It's important to understand that the number of working hours depends on the volume of orders at the car factory. If there are many orders, there will be more working hours. If the volume of orders decreases, accordingly, the number of working hours will also decrease.

🛠 Responsibilities:
- You need to check the quality of small plastic and rubber parts for cars, ensure there are no defects, and perform simple tasks in maintaining production equipment. Work processes alternate: one day you may be checking finished parts, and another — taking part in their production. 

🏠 Accommodation:
- The accommodation cost is 23 zł per day (amount is deducted from the salary);
- If you live in your own or independently rented house, a supplement of 1 zł gross (approximately 0.80 zł net) is provided for each worked hour;
- Accommodation is provided in apartments or houses with comfortable living conditions;
- 3–4 people will live in the rooms;
- Regular single beds are installed in the accommodations.

Umowa zlecenia.

📌 Additional information:
- Work tasks may change depending on production needs. There is a rotation between quality control of finished parts and their production;
- Organized transport to work is not provided, so you need to get there by public transport yourself;
- During the day shift, you can buy lunch for 12 zł. At the end of the month, the cost of all ordered lunches is summed up and deducted from the salary;
- Work shoes cost 90 zł (amount is deducted from the salary);
- Medical examination costs 120 zł (amount is deducted from the salary);
- For students under 26 years old, insurance payment is 97 zł per month (amount is deducted from the salary);
- An advance payment is provided after 14 days of work, the amount is up to 600 zł;
- Salary is credited from the 20th to 22nd of the month to the bank account for the previous worked month.

🔴 Requirements:
- Knowledge of the Polish language at the A2 level or higher is required.

- Working with small plastic and rubber parts, without complex technical operations;
- A change in work processes is provided, so tasks will not be consistently monotonous;
- Work experience is not required;
- Before starting work, everything will be shown and explained in detail so that you can calmly master your duties.
