Work in the production of Maserati car parts

🧑🏻 Candidates:
Men up to 55 years old.

📍 Work city:
Poland, Oleśnica, Krzywoustego 31G (~30 km from Wrocław).

📍 Registration city:
Poland, Świdnica.

💵 Salary:
- 5506 zł/month gross — average salary;
- For work on Saturdays, a 100% bonus is provided;
- Overtime hours are paid with a 50% bonus;
- For night shifts, a 25% bonus is provided;
- Good attendance can earn you a 250 zł/month gross bonus;
- Additionally, you can earn a bonus of up to 300 zł/month gross for good work results. The final decision on its allocation is made by the management;
- A monthly meal allowance of 72 zł is provided.

🕐 Work schedule:
- Work from Monday to Saturday;
- The workday lasts 8 hours;
- First shift from 06:00 to 14:00;
- Second shift from 14:00 to 22:00;
- Third shift from 22:00 to 06:00;
- Possibility to work overtime.

It is important to understand that the number of hours depends on how many orders are at the company. If there are many orders, there will be more work and thus more hours. If there are fewer orders, there will consequently be slightly fewer hours.

🛠 Responsibilities:
- Work near modern machines in a team of up to 5 people. Orders for materials are placed via computer. Then it is necessary to lay out materials along the line and mount small metal elements.

🏠 Accommodation:
- The cost of accommodation is 625 zł/month (amount deducted from salary);
- No allowance for independent rent;
- Accommodation is provided in a house or hostel;
- 3 or 4 people will share a room;
- Regular comfortable beds are provided in the accommodation;
- A separate room is available for a family couple;
- You need to have your own bed linen, as it is important for hygiene and your comfort;
- Accommodation is located 20–45 minutes walking distance from the workplace (depending on its location).

📌 Additional information:
- Before starting work, you need to go on a company tour and have a short interview;
- The work is mainly performed standing and in motion, at workstations;
- The weight of finished products can be up to 15 kg;
- Meals can be purchased at an affordable price of up to 10 zł, or you can bring your own if more convenient;
- An advance can be received after working the first week, until the first salary payout. Once the first salary is paid, advances are no longer provided;
- Salary is paid on the 10th of each month to a bank account for the previous month worked.
🚍 Transportation to the workplace is provided from the following cities:
- Namysłów;
- Syców;
- Twardogóra.

🔴 Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of the Polish language is required.

- Paid holiday is provided — 2 days for each month worked. If you do not use all holiday days, monetary compensation will be paid after the contract ends;

⏳ Minimum employment period:
You need to work for a minimum of 4 months, otherwise, 300 zł will be deducted from your salary.
