Work on servicing autoclaves SFC Solutions

🧑🏻 Candidates:
Men up to 50 years old.

📍 Place of work:
Poland, Częstochowa, Legionów 244.

💵 Salary:
For individuals over 26 years old:
- 27 zł/hour net regular rate;
- 30 zł/hour net for night shifts;
- 52 zł/hour net for weekend work.
For students under 26 years old (with a student certificate):
- 32.40 zł/hour net regular rate;
- 35 zł/hour net for night shifts;
- 53 zł/hour net for weekend work.

It is important to understand that the increased rate applies only to the hours worked during night shifts or weekends. If you work during regular hours, payment is made at the standard rate. For instance, if part of the shift falls on the night or a weekend, the higher rate applies only to those hours.

Note: 
Only student certificates issued by Polish educational institutions are accepted.

🕐 Work schedule:
- Work 5 - 6 days a week;
- Workday lasts 8 hours;
- First shift from 06:00 to 14:00;
- Second shift from 14:00 to 22:00;
- Third shift from 22:00 to 06:00.

It is important to understand that the number of hours depends on the number of orders at the enterprise. If there are many orders, there will be more work and hence more hours. If there are fewer orders, there will be slightly fewer hours accordingly.

🛠 Duties:
Processing products in an autoclave:
- You will prepare rubber seals for processing, place them on pins, and position them in holders. Then, you need to start the autoclave, which processes the products at high temperature and pressure. Once the cycle is complete, you will remove the finished seals from the holders.
Process control:
- While the autoclave is working, you need to monitor parameters such as temperature, pressure, and processing time. Cleaning and maintenance of the equipment are also carried out from time to time, to ensure it functions smoothly and reliably.
Quality and safety:
- Finished products must be checked to ensure they meet quality standards. It's also important to follow safety rules to ensure the work is carried out safely and comfortably.

The job can involve different processes. Who works where depends on the current needs. Everything is arranged on site, so it cannot be specified in advance. However, all processes are straightforward, and everything will be taught on-site.

🏠 Accommodation:
- Accommodation provided at a cost of 500 zł/month (deducted from salary);
- In the case of independent housing rental, a bonus of 1.50 zł per hour of work is provided (bonus for students is not given);
- Accommodation in a hostel;
- 3 or 4 persons per room;
- Regular comfortable beds in the accommodation;
- Public transport commute to the workplace.

📌 Additional information:
- This is a physically intensive job, suitable for those ready to work in tough conditions while strictly following safety procedures;
- Work is conducted in high-temperature conditions and a humid microclimate. It's important to be prepared for this;
- Temperature near the autoclaves during operation can reach +50 - +60 degrees, sometimes even more;
- To protect your hands from burns or injuries from hot surfaces, special protective gloves will be provided. Comfortable work clothing that withstands high temperatures is also recommended;
- Throughout the shift, you'll continually lift and move holders with products that can weigh from 10 to 30 kilograms;
- Stretching rubber products onto metal holders requires physical strength and endurance;
- Work clothing and shoes are provided free of charge. If working less than 45 days, 350 zł is deducted from the salary;
- An advance is provided after 14 days of work amounting to 500 zł.

🔴 Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of Polish language required.

✅ Benefits:
- No work experience required;
- If you're just starting, don't worry, everything will be explained and guided;
- Assistance provided with obtaining a residence permit card.

⚠️Penalties:
No-show at work:
- Failing to notify the coordinator of absence results in a penalty of 300 zł;
- A penalty is also possible if the absence notification is made on the morning of the shift day without a valid reason.
Alcohol and discipline:
- Appearing on shift in a drunken state results in a 1500 zł penalty and dismissal;
- If alcohol is consumed in the hostel and disturbs others, a warning is issued first;
- If the situation repeats, a 1500 zł penalty and dismissal apply.
If feeling unwell:
- In case of feeling unwell, you should see a doctor or call an ambulance;
- It's necessary to obtain an L4 certificate and inform the coordinator to resolve everything peacefully and avoid unpleasant situations.

⏳ Minimum term of work:
