Work in the production of Kubala construction tools

🧑🏻 Candidates:
Married couples up to 50 years old.

📍 Place of work:
Poland, Goleszów, Przemysłowa 5 (~35 km from Bielsko-Biała).

📍 Place of registration:
Poland, Opole or Wrocław.

💵 Salary:
- 22.68 zł/hour net without signing Pit-2;
- 24.47 zł/hour net when signing Pit-2;
- 25.36 zł/hour net for persons under 26 years;
- 31.40 zł/hour net for students under 26 years (with student certificate).

🕐 Work schedule:
- Work from Monday to Saturday;
- Working day lasts 8 hours;
- First shift from 06:00 to 14:00;
- Second shift from 14:00 to 22:00;
- Third shift from 22:00 to 06:00;
- Work includes two Saturdays a month for 6 - 8 hours;
- Days off are provided according to the schedule;
- Average of 200 hours/month.

It is important to understand that the number of hours depends on the number of orders in production. If there are many orders, there will be more work, and therefore more hours. If there are fewer orders, accordingly, there will be slightly fewer hours.

🛠 Duties:
First department:
- It is required to bend small elements with the help of a press, drill holes, and attach screws and bolts. Each finished element needs to be labeled with a barcode, check the correctness of assembly, eliminate detected defects, and pack plastic and finished tools.
Second department:
- It is required to screw in screws and bolts, connect elements using a press, and engage in stamping parts. After the automated machine's work, it is necessary to sort and pack finished parts, check assembly correctness, and eliminate possible defects. The work involves the use of pneumatic and electrical devices, as well as metal and plastic stops.

🏠 Accommodation:
- Housing costs 550 zł/month (deducted from salary);
- In case of renting housing independently, an additional 2 zł per hour worked is provided (needs to be clarified at the office upon registration);
- Accommodation is provided in apartments and houses;
- 2 - 4 people will live in a room;
- A separate room is provided for a married couple to ensure comfort and coziness;
- Normal comfortable beds are installed in the accommodation;
- You need to have your own bed linen as it is important for hygiene and your comfort;
- Organized transport from the accommodation to the workplace. Everything is arranged for your convenience so that you feel comfortable every day.

Umowa zlecenie.

📌 Additional information:
- You need to work in the production of hand tools for construction in one of the two departments, where activities may vary depending on the workplace;
- The work consists of manually assembling parts of tools for plastering and painting groups, such as floats, rollers, brushes, spatulas, trowels, drills, and other elements;
- Lunch must be brought with you;
- Accommodation is provided during registration in Opole or Wrocław. The cost is 250 zł, payment must be made in cash immediately during registration;
- An advance is credited after 14 days of work in the amount of 300 zł;
- Salary is credited on the 15th of each month to a bank account for the previous worked month.

📋 Documents:
EU citizenship, visa-free, visa, residence card, temporary protection from Poland, and other documents by agreement.

⏳ Minimum term of work:
The minimum period of work is 3 months. If you quit without one month's notice, a penalty of 2000 zł is withheld. If you notify in advance, 500 zł is deducted.
