Convenience Food Production Job at Virtu

🧑🏻 Candidates:

💵 Salary:
- 25.44 zł/hour net regular rate;
- 31.50 zł/hour net for students under 26 years old (with proof of student status);
- There is an opportunity to receive a bonus for quality work.

🕐 Work schedule:
- Work from Monday to Sunday;
- Day off depends on the workplace: at the old enterprise it can be any day of the week, and at the new one — usually on Saturday or Sunday;
- The workday lasts 12 hours;
- First shift from 06:00 to 18:00;
- Second shift from 18:00 to 06:00;
- Two 15-minute breaks are provided during the day to rest and recharge;
- On average, it is possible to work 230–290 hours per month, depending on the workload.

It is important to understand that the number of working hours depends on the volume of orders at the enterprise. If there are many orders, the working hours will be more. If the volume of orders decreases, accordingly, the number of working hours will decrease.

🛠 Responsibilities:
- You need to control the quality of the product, replenish raw materials and timely change the film and labels. You also need to monitor the operation of machines and maintain order at the workplace. During work, you need to manufacture, pack, sort and weigh the products, check the packaging quality, attach stickers and prepare the goods for shipment.

🏠 Accommodation:
- The cost of accommodation is 22 zł per day (the amount is deducted from the salary);
- For students, accommodation costs 25 zł per day (the amount is deducted from the salary);
- If you rent housing independently, a surcharge of 1 zł gross is provided for each worked hour;
- Accommodation is provided in a house or apartment;
- 3–4 people will live in the rooms;
- For couples, separate rooms are provided;
- Standard comfortable beds are arranged in the accommodation.

📌 Additional information:
- The enterprise is engaged in the production of ready meals and semi-finished products, including pizza, croquettes, dumplings, and pasta;
- Work processes are carried out standing up;
- Travel to the workplace is on your own — you can get there on foot or by public transport. Urban public transport is free of charge;
- For women, the weight of a full box is usually 12–15 kg, sometimes approximately once every 3–4 hours you need to lift boxes weighing up to 20 kg. For men, the weight of products is 20–30 kg, sometimes approximately once every 3–4 hours — up to 50 kg;
- The temperature depends on the work process: in the bakery about +20 degrees, in the process of making pancakes — about +30 degrees, and in the packaging department — approximately +5 degrees;
- During work, hair must be gathered, and wearing any jewelry is prohibited;
- Work clothes and footwear are provided free of charge. They must be returned upon dismissal, otherwise 300 zł is deducted from the salary;
- Medical examination costs 180 zł, and a sanitary book — 220 zł. If less than 3 months are worked, these amounts are deducted from the salary;
- For individuals under 26 with student status, insurance costs 97 zł per month (the amount is deducted from the salary);
- An advance is provided after 14 days of work, the amount is up to 600 zł;
- Salary is credited from the 20th to the 22nd of the month to a bank account for the previous month worked.

- Knowledge of the Polish language and work experience are not required;
- All work processes are explained in detail on site, so it will not be difficult to quickly adapt and work confidently.

⏳ Minimum term of work:
The minimum period of work is 3 months. If you leave without 14 days notice, a penalty of 500 zł is deducted.
