Work in the production of car handles Huf

🧑🏻 Candidates:
Men and women up to 55 years old.

📍 Workplace: 
Poland, Tychy, Strefowa 6 (~25 km from Katowice).

📍 Registration city:
Poland, Katowice.

💵 Salary:
- 25.36 zł/hour net regular rate;
- 31.40 zł/hour net for students under 26 years old (with student certificate). 

🕐 Work schedule:
- Monday to Friday;
- The working day lasts 8 hours;
- First shift from 06:00 to 14:00;
- Second shift from 14:00 to 22:00;
- Third shift from 22:00 to 06:00;
- A break of 15–20 minutes is provided during the workday.

It's important to understand that the number of working hours depends on the volume of orders at the car factory. If there are many orders, there will be more working hours. If the volume of orders decreases, accordingly, the number of working hours will decrease.

🛠 Responsibilities:
- Work on the conveyor line, assemble and connect parts, control the quality of finished products, and pack finished items.

🏠 Accommodation:
- The cost of accommodation is 15 zł per day (amount deducted from salary);
- If you rent housing independently, a supplement of 1.50 zł is provided for each hour worked;
- 3 or 4 people will live in a room;
- Standard comfortable beds are provided at the accommodation.

📄 Employment contract:
Umowa zlecenia.

📌 Additional information:
- The car factory specializes in the production of car door handles;
- Before starting work, a tour of the factory is conducted, during which you can inspect the enterprise, familiarize yourself with the work processes, talk to the management and try to perform the main tasks in practice;
- You must have good eyesight and be able to work in a team;
- Transportation to the workplace is not provided, so you need to get there by public transport. The bus stop is located directly near the factory, making commuting convenient;
- Work clothing costs 200 zł (amount deducted from salary);
- Medical examination costs 180 zł (amount deducted from salary);
- An advance is provided after 14 days of work, totaling up to 600 zł;
- Salary is credited between the 20th and 22nd of the previous working month to a bank account.

🔴 Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of the Polish language is required.

⏳ Minimum period of work:
The minimum period of work is 3 months. If you leave without prior notice of 14 days, a fine of 500 zł will be deducted.
