🧑🏻 Candidates:
Men up to 50 years old.

💵 Salary:
- 22.68 zł/hour net standard rate;
- 25.36 zł/hour net for persons up to 26 years old;
- 31.40 zł/hour net for students up to 26 years old (with student certificate).

🕐 Work schedule:
- Work from Monday to Friday;
- Working day lasts 8 or 12 hours.
The schedule for an 8-hour working day is as follows:
- First shift from 06:00 to 14:00;
- Second shift from 14:00 to 22:00;
- Third shift from 22:00 to 06:00.
The schedule for a 12-hour working day is as follows:
- First shift from 06:00 to 18:00;
- Second shift from 18:00 to 06:00.

It is important to understand that the number of hours depends on the amount of orders at the enterprise. If there are many orders, then there will be more work, and thus more hours. If there are fewer orders, then correspondingly, there will be slightly fewer hours.

🛠 Duties:
Women:
- Need to pack finished products into cardboard boxes, assemble these cardboard boxes for further packaging and maintain cleanliness and order at the workplace.
Men:
- Need to collect ready-made cardboard boxes and sort them, stack boxes with products on pallets and transport prepared pallets around the warehouse. It is also important to maintain cleanliness and order at the workplace.

🏠 Accommodation:
- Housing costs 550 zł/month (deducted from the salary);
- No allowance for independent rent of housing is provided;
- Accommodation is provided in apartments or a house;
- 3 - 4 people will live in the room;
- Regular comfortable beds are provided in the accommodation;
- A separate room is provided for a family couple to ensure comfort and coziness;
- You need to have your own bed linen, as this is important for hygiene and your comfort;
- Housing is within walking distance, you can easily walk to work. Everything is thought out for your convenience, so you feel comfortable every day.

📌 Additional information:
- The factory is engaged in the production and packaging of tortillas, lavash, various snacks, including chips and nachos, as well as sweets;
- Most processes are automated, so the work is understandable and well organized;
- Need to lift boxes weighing approximately 5 and 10 kilograms;
- Working processes take place standing;
- In the chips department the hall is warmer because bakery equipment is working there;
- Men mainly work on packaging, away from the ovens. Women perform work closer to the ovens, so it can be warmer in this zone: the temperature reaches up to +30 degrees, and in winter it usually stays between +24 - +26 degrees. The work is not physically demanding and proceeds at a calm pace. Everyone performs their process during the shift, without rotation between different tasks;
- It is forbidden to work with jewelry, with extended nails and eyelashes;
- A trial work period lasting one week is provided, which is paid. If everything goes well, you can stay to work on a permanent basis. After that, it is necessary to arrange a sanitary inspection, the cost of which is 300 zł;
- During the registration period, accommodation in Wrocław is provided. The cost is 250 zł, payment must be made in cash immediately during registration;
- An advance payment is credited after 14 days of work in the amount of 300 zł;
- Salary is credited on the 15th to a bank account every month for the previous worked month.

🔴 Requirements:
- A basic level of Polish language is required.

📋 Documents:

⏳ Minimum work term:
The minimum work period is 4 months. If resigning without a 1-month notice, a 2000 zł fine is withheld. If notifying in advance, 500 zł is deducted.
