🧑🏻 Candidates:

💵 Salary:
- 22.68 zł/hour net regular rate;
- 25.36 zł/hour net for persons under 26;
- 31.40 zł/hour net for students under 26 (with student certificate).

🕐 Working hours:
- Work from Monday to Friday;
- The working day lasts 8 or 12 hours.
The schedule for an 8-hour working day is as follows:
- First shift from 06:00 to 14:00;
- Second shift from 14:00 to 22:00;
- Third shift from 22:00 to 06:00.
The schedule for a 12-hour working day is as follows:
- First shift from 06:00 to 18:00;
- Second shift from 18:00 to 06:00.

It is important to understand that the number of hours depends on the number of orders at the enterprise. If there are many orders, there will be more work and hence more hours. If there are fewer orders, accordingly, the hours will be slightly less.

🛠 Duties:
Women:
- Need to pack finished products into cardboard boxes, fold these cardboard boxes for further packaging, and maintain cleanliness and order at the workplace.
Men:
- Need to collect ready cardboard boxes and sort them, stack boxes with products on pallets, and transport prepared pallets around the warehouse. It is also important to maintain cleanliness and order at the workplace.

🏠 Accommodation:
- Housing costs 550 zł/month (deducted from the salary);
- No additional payment for independent rental housing provided;
- Accommodation is provided in apartments or houses;
- 3-4 persons will live in a room;
- Ordinary comfortable beds are provided in the accommodation;
- A separate room is provided for family couples to ensure comfort and coziness;
- It is necessary to have your own bedding as it is important for hygiene and your comfort;
- The accommodation is within walking distance, you can easily walk to work. Everything is thought out for your convenience so that you feel comfortable every day.

📌 Additional information:
- The factory is engaged in the production and packaging of tortillas, flatbreads, various snacks, including chips and nachos, as well as sweets;
- Most processes are automated, so the work is straightforward and well-organized;
- Need to lift boxes weighing approximately 5 and 10 kilograms;
- Work processes are carried out standing up;
- In the chips department, the room is warmer since bakery equipment operates there;
- Men mostly work in packaging, away from the ovens. Women perform work closer to the ovens, so it may be warmer in this area: the temperature reaches up to +30 degrees, and in winter it usually stays within +24 - +26 degrees. The work is not physically demanding and proceeds at a calm pace. Everyone performs their process during the shift without rotating between different tasks;
- It is prohibited to work with jewelry, false nails, and eyelashes;
- A trial work period of one week is provided, which is paid. If everything goes well, you can remain working permanently. After this, sanitary inspection needs to be arranged, the cost of which is 300 zł;
- During registration, accommodation is provided in Wrocław. The cost is 250 zł, payment must be made in cash immediately during registration;
- An advance is paid after 14 days of work in the amount of 300 zł;
- Salary is credited on the 15th of every month to the bank account for the previous work month.

🔴 Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of Polish is required.

📋 Documents:
European Union citizenship, visa-free, visa, residence card, temporary protection in Poland, and other documents by agreement.

⏳ Minimum period of work:
The minimum period of work is 4 months. If you leave without a 1-month notice, a penalty of 2000 zł is imposed. If you give notice in advance, 500 zł is deducted.
