🧑🏻 Candidates:

💵 Salary:
- 22.68 zł/hour net regular rate;
- 25.36 zł/hour net for people up to 26 years old;
- 31.40 zł/hour net for students up to 26 years old (with student certificate).

🕐 Work schedule:
- Work from Monday to Friday;
- The workday lasts 8 or 12 hours.
The work schedule for an 8-hour workday looks like this:
- First shift from 06:00 to 14:00;
- Second shift from 14:00 to 22:00;
- Third shift from 22:00 to 06:00.
The work schedule for a 12-hour workday looks like this:
- First shift from 06:00 to 18:00;
- Second shift from 18:00 to 06:00.

It's important to understand that the number of hours depends on how many orders the enterprise has. If there are many orders, there will be more work and hence more hours. If there are fewer orders, accordingly, there will be slightly fewer hours.

🛠 Responsibilities:
Women:
- Need to pack finished products into cardboard boxes, fold these cardboard boxes for further packaging, and maintain cleanliness and order at the workplace.
Men:
- Need to collect finished cardboard boxes and sort them, stack boxes with products on pallets, and transport prepared pallets around the warehouse. It's also important to maintain cleanliness and order at the workplace.

🏠 Accommodation:
- Housing costs 550 zł/month (deducted from salary);
- No allowance for independent housing rental;
- Accommodation is provided in apartments or a house;
- 3 - 4 people will live in a room;
- Ordinary comfortable beds are provided in the accommodation;
- A separate room is provided for a couple so that it's comfortable and cozy;
- You need to have your own bedding, as it is important for hygiene and your comfort;
- The accommodation is within walking distance, so you can easily walk to work. Everything is thought out for your convenience to feel comfortable every day.

📌 Additional information:
- The factory is engaged in the production and packaging of tortillas, lavash, various snacks, including chips and nachos, as well as sweets;
- Most processes are automated, so the work is clear and well organized;
- It is necessary to lift boxes weighing approximately 5 and 10 kilograms;
- Work processes occur while standing;
- It is warmer in the chips department because bakery equipment operates there;
- It is forbidden to work while wearing jewelry, with extended nails, and eyelashes;
- A trial work period of one week is provided and is paid. If everything goes well, you can continue to work permanently. After this, it is necessary to arrange a sanitary certificate, which costs 300 zł;
- Accommodation is provided in Wrocław during registration. The cost is 250 zł, and payment must be made in cash immediately during registration;
- An advance is accrued after 14 days of work in the amount of 300 zł;
- Salary is paid on the 15th of each month to a bank account for the previous working month.

🔴 Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of Polish is required.

📋 Documents:

⏳ Minimum work term:
The minimum work period is 4 months. If quit without a one-month notice, a penalty of 2000 zł is withheld. If notified in advance, 500 zł is deducted.
