Work in crab stick production Lucky Union Foods

🧑🏻 Candidates:
Men and women up to 50 years old.

📍 Work location:
Poland, Łozienica, Nowa 7 (~35 km from Szczecin).

💵 Salary:
- 26 zł/hour net according to the Polski Ład law;
- Starting from the second month of work, the rate is 27 zł/hour net, provided there are no absences;
- 31.40 zł/hour net for students under 26 years old (with student certificate available).

🕐 Working schedule:
- Work from Monday to Friday;
- Workday lasts 8 hours;
- First shift from 06:00 to 14:00;
- Second shift from 14:00 to 22:00;
- Third shift from 22:00 to 06:00;
- There is an opportunity to work overtime if you want to earn more;
- During the workday, a 20-minute break is provided. If the shift lasts more than 8 hours, an additional 15-minute break is provided.

It is important to understand that the number of hours depends on how many orders there are at the enterprise. If there are many orders, then there will be more work, and therefore more hours. If there are fewer orders, then accordingly, there will be slightly fewer hours.

🛠 Responsibilities:
Raw material preparation process (for men):
- You need to load fish mass (surimi) into the mixer and add the necessary ingredients according to the recipe. You also need to control the consistency of the finished mixture and monitor the compliance with the temperature regime during the production process. After completing the work, it is necessary to clean the equipment and maintain order at the workplace.
Process on the conveyor line:
- You need to service the production equipment and supply the prepared mass to the production line. During the work process, it is necessary to control the correct formation of crab sticks and check the quality of the finished product. You also need to monitor the uninterrupted operation of the equipment and eliminate minor technical failures that may occur during the production process.
Quality control and sorting process:
- You need to check the size and shape of the finished product, select products with damage or defects, and sort the products according to established requirements. You also need to control the cleanliness of the production line and maintain order at the workplace.
Product packaging process:
- You need to place crab sticks in trays and work near the conveyor line, monitoring the continuous production process. You also need to label the finished products, control the weight of the packages, and stack the finished boxes on pallets for further transportation and storage.

🏠 Accommodation:
- Accommodation costs 18 zł per day (the cost is deducted from the salary);
- In the case of renting accommodation independently, a supplement of 1 zł for each work hour is provided;
- You need to have your own bed linen, while a blanket and pillow are provided.

📄 Employment contract:
Umowa zlecenie.

📌 Additional information:
- Before starting work, an introduction to the production is conducted, during which you can see the work processes and working conditions. You can visit the enterprise for inspection even without a ready sanitary book;
- The temperature at the enterprise is +12 - +14 degrees;
- There are rules at the production that must be followed. The presence of extended eyelashes, manicure, or any coating on the nails, as well as piercing, is not allowed. In the production area, it is prohibited to use the phone and bring glass water bottles. It is also not allowed to bring snacks containing nuts, sesame, or other allergens;
- The sanitary book costs 150 zł (the cost is deducted from the salary). The approximate processing time is 4 - 5 days;
- An advance is provided after 5 worked shifts in the amount of 200 zł;
- Salary is credited on the 15th to the bank account.

⏳ Term of work according to the contract: 
You need to work for at least 3 months. If you suddenly decide to finish work earlier, then 700 zł will be deducted from the last salary.
