🧑🏻 Candidates:
Women up to 45 years old.

📍 Place of work:
Poland, Łozienica, Nowa 7 (~35 km from Szczecin).

💵 Salary:
- 26 zł/hour net regular rate;
- 32.04 zł/hour net for students under 26 years old (with student certificate).

🕐 Work schedule:
- Work from Monday to Friday;
- The working day lasts from 8 to 13 hours;
- The working day includes a 20-minute lunch break, as well as additional short breaks lasting 5–10 minutes;
- On average, about 200 hours can be worked per month. Depending on the number of orders, the number of hours may range from 168 to 260 per month.

It's important to understand that the number of working hours depends on the number of orders at the enterprise. When there are more orders, more hours can be worked. Conversely, when there are fewer orders, the number of working hours will be slightly lower.

🛠 Duties:
- You need to produce, sort, and pack crab sticks, check the quality and weight of finished products, as well as pack and transport them to the warehouse. It's important to maintain cleanliness at the workplace, and during the night shift, the conveyor must also be washed.

🏠 Accommodation:
- The cost of accommodation is 500 zł per month (the amount is deducted from the salary);
- If you rent accommodation independently, an allowance of 2 zł for each worked hour is provided;
- Preparation and booking of accommodation costs 100 zł (the cost is deducted from the first salary);
- Accommodation is provided in a house or apartment;
- 3–4 people will live in a room;
- Regular comfortable beds are provided at the accommodation;
- Separate rooms are available for families.

Umowa zlecenia.

📌 Additional information:
- Work is performed standing near the production line;
- Meals are not provided, so you need to bring lunch with you. It is not possible to purchase food at the enterprise;
- A production tour is possible before the start of work. To comply with sanitary requirements during the tour and work, false eyelashes, manicure or any nail polish, piercings, and jewelry are not allowed;
- The enterprise maintains a temperature of +15…+18 °C. A few days a week, work may take place in a cold workshop only during the day shift. Warm work clothes are provided for such processes;
- Medical examination and sanitary book are provided for free. If the work period is less than 3 months, 150 zł for a medical examination and 390 zł for a sanitary book will be deducted from the salary;
- An advance payment of 300 zł is given after 7 worked days. An advance can be taken weekly until the first full salary is received;
- Salary for the previous worked month is credited on the 20th of each month to the bank account.

- Free transportation to the workplace from the city of Goleniów is provided;
- Free working clothes and footwear, namely a sweater, trousers, rubber slippers, and shoes, are provided;
- Knowledge of the Polish language and work experience are not required;
- The work is not difficult, and all processes are calmly explained and demonstrated on-site.

📋 Documents:
Visa-free, visa, residence card, temporary protection of Poland, and other documents as agreed.

⏳ Minimum working period:
The minimum working period is 2.5 months. If the work is terminated earlier than the set term, a penalty deduction from the salary is foreseen.
