Work at the Smyk children's goods warehouse

🧑🏻 Candidates:
Men, women, married couples up to 45 years old. 

📍 Work location:
Poland, Łódź, Jędrzejowska 43.

📍 Registration city:
Poland, Łódź.

💵 Salary:
- 35 zł/hour gross — standard rate;
- For students under 26 years, the gross rate equals the net rate.

🕐 Work schedule:
- Work from Sunday to Friday;
- Every Saturday — day off;
- The working day lasts 8 hours and, depending on the warehouse needs, can be extended to 10–12 hours;
- First shift from 06:00 to 14:00;
- Second shift from 14:00 to 22:00;
- Third shift from 22:00 to 06:00;
- For an 8-hour working day, a break of 30 minutes is provided, and for a 10-hour day — an additional break of 15 minutes;
- On average, you can work 168–190 hours per month.

It is important to understand that the number of working hours depends on the volume of orders in the warehouse. If there are many orders, working hours will be longer. If the volume of orders decreases, the number of working hours will decrease accordingly.

🛠 Responsibilities:
- Work may take place in various warehouse processes. Depending on the department, you need to receive and place goods in the warehouse, complete orders with the help of a scanner and terminal, pack products, and prepare orders for shipment. Duties may also include loading and unloading goods, placing products on europallets, and maintaining order at the workplace. The specific process depends on the department you are assigned to.

🏠 Accommodation:
- Accommodation is not provided, you need to have your own housing;
- No allowance is provided for independently renting accommodation.

Umowa zlecenia.

📌 Additional information:
- The work is physically active, the weight of goods is approximately from 5 to 25 kg;
- A wide variety of items are represented in the warehouse: toys, clothes, books, children's goods, as well as larger items such as baby strollers;
- You need to travel to the workplace independently by public transport or car;
- Work clothes that are provided free of charge include: shoes, a t-shirt, trousers, and a fleece jacket. A water bottle is also provided;
- For safety reasons, during work you can't wear jewelry, including rings and earrings, and long hair must be tied back;
- Safety rules BHP and internal company regulations must be followed in the warehouse;
- An advance payment of 200–300 zł can be received after 14 days of work;
- The salary is charged in the 20s of each month to a bank account.

🔴 Requirements:
- Knowledge of the Polish language at a communicative level is required;
- Basic computer and scanner skills are needed.

To be employed for this vacancy, it is necessary to fill in a questionnaire during booking.

📋 Documents:
European Union citizenship, visa-free, visa, residence card, Polish temporary protection, and other documents upon agreement.

⏳ Term of work under the contract:
It is required to work for at least 3 months. If you decide to finish work earlier, 500 zł will be deducted from the last salary.
