During the first 60 working days, you’ll earn 1 zł per hour from WORKIUM. For example, if you work 400 hours during this time, you’ll receive 400 zł. More hours = more bonus!
Note: to get the bonus, you must work at least 60 working days. If you work less — no bonus. If more — the bonus is calculated only for hours worked during the first 60 days. Funds are credited after that.

🧑🏻 Candidates:
Men, women aged 23 to 45 years.
📍 Work City:
Poland, Ołtarzew, Poznańska 249 (~30 km from Warszawa).
📍 Registration City:
Poland, Warszawа.
💵 Salary:
- 27 zł/hour net regular rate;
- 32 zł/hour net for students up to 26 years old (with student certificate).
🕐 Work schedule:
- Work 5 - 6 days a week;
- Day off always on Sunday;
- Working day lasts 10 - 12 hours;
- Working day starts at 06:00;
- Work during daytime hours, leaving the night for sleep and rest.
It is important to understand that the number of hours depends on how many orders are in the warehouse. If there are many orders, there will be more work, and thus more hours. If there are fewer orders, correspondingly, there will be slightly fewer hours.
🛠 Duties:
- Need to collect boxes with books on pallets, pack books into cardboard boxes and sort them according to instructions.
🏠 Accommodation:
- Accommodation is not provided, you need to have your own housing;
- In case of independently renting accommodation, a supplement of 200 zł per month of work is provided.

📌 Additional Information:
- Commute to work by public transport (approximately 30 minutes);
- For men, work is physical and intensive;
- Insurance costs 150 - 200 zł/month (deducted from salary);
- Advance payment is provided after 10 days of work in the amount of 400 zł;
- Salary is credited by the 28th to a bank account.

📋 Documents:
European Union citizenship, visa-free, visa, residence card, temporary protection in Poland and other documents by agreement.
⏳ Minimum term of work:
The minimum term of work is three months. If you finish work earlier, 1000 zł will be deducted from your salary. If you plan to resign after this period, you must notify two weeks in advance. If this is not done in time, 1000 zł will be deducted from the salary for breach of conditions and another 1000 zł penalty for accommodation.
