Warehouse Job at Lidl (Rhenus)

🧑🏻 Candidates:

📍 Place of registration:
Poland, Warszawa.

💵 Salary:
- 25.36 zł/hour net regular rate;
- 31.40 zł/hour net for students under 26 years old (with student certificate);
- Seasonal bonus of 700 zł gross is provided.
Rate increase is provided depending on the achieved level of results:
- At the first threshold, the rate is 26.57 zł/hour net, which corresponds to 32.90 zł/hour gross;
- Upon reaching the second level, the payment increases to 27.38 zł/hour net, which is 33.90 zł/hour gross.

🕐 Work schedule:
- The work takes place from Monday to Friday. During Black Friday, when the number of orders increases significantly, there may be additional work shifts on Saturday or Sunday;
- The working day lasts 8 - 10 - 12 hours;
- A 30-minute break is foreseen during the workday, and if the shift lasts 12 hours, an additional 15 minutes is provided;
- Work during daytime hours so that the night is reserved for sleep and rest;
- On average, you can work 210 - 270 hours per month.
Work schedule for an 8-hour working day:
- First shift from 06:00 to 14:15;
- Second shift from 14:15 to 22:15.
Work schedule for a 10-hour working day:
- First shift from 06:00 to 16:15;
- Second shift from 12:15 to 22:15.
Work schedule for a 12-hour working day:
- First shift from 06:00 to 18:15;
- Second shift from 10:15 to 22:15.

It is important to understand that the number of hours depends on the number of orders in the warehouse. If there are many orders, there will be more work, and therefore more hours. If there are fewer orders, accordingly, there will be slightly fewer hours.

🛠 Responsibilities:
- You need to complete orders in the warehouse by moving on a special cart with a scanner, finding the necessary goods according to the list, loading them onto the cart, and delivering them to the appropriate place. You also need to work on the shipping line, prepare goods for shipment, check boxes to ensure everything matches the order, and pack the products carefully. In the return zone, you need to work with a scanner, check boxes for compliance, inspect goods for damage, and pass them on to the next processing stage. You also need to deal with the placement and sorting of goods, distributing products around the warehouse, and placing them in suitable storage locations.

🏠 Accommodation:
- Accommodation costs 450 zł per month (the cost is deducted from the salary);
- In case of self-renting accommodation, a surcharge of 1.70 zł for each hour of work is provided;
- Accommodation is provided in a house or apartment;
- 3 or 4 people will live in one room;
- Regular comfortable beds are provided in the accommodation.

Umowa zlecenie.

📌 Additional information:
- The warehouse is engaged in the storage and processing of goods for the Lidl online store. Various items for daily use are stored here, including clothes, textiles, home accessories, and small household appliances;
- Transport to the workplace costs 200 zł per month (the cost is deducted from the salary);
- An advance is provided after 14 days of work, the amount is up to 600 zł;
- Salary is credited from the 20th to the 22nd of the month to the bank account for the previous worked month.
🚍 Transport is provided from the following location:
- Bieniewice Szkoła, 05-870 Bieniewice.

🔴 Requirements:
- Knowledge of the Polish language is required at a minimum level.

⏳ Minimum work period:
