Warehouse Job at Lidl (Rhenus)

🧑🏻 Candidates:

💵 Salary:
- 25.36 zł/hour net regular rate;
- 31.40 zł/hour net for students under 26 years of age (with student status).

🕐 Work schedule:
- Work from Monday to Friday. During the Black Friday period, Saturday or Sunday may be working days;
- Work day lasts 8, 10, or 12 hours;
- A 30-minute break is provided during the working day. During a 12-hour workday, an additional 15-minute break is provided;
- Work takes place only during daytime hours, without night shifts;
- On average, you can work 210–270 hours per month.
Work schedule for an 8-hour workday:
- First shift from 06:00 to 14:15;
- Second shift from 14:15 to 22:15.
Work schedule for a 10-hour workday:
- First shift from 06:00 to 16:15;
- Second shift from 12:15 to 22:15.
Work schedule for a 12-hour workday:
- First shift from 06:00 to 18:15;
- Second shift from 10:15 to 22:15.

It is important to understand that the number of working hours depends on the volume of orders in the warehouse. If there are many orders, there will be more working hours. If the volume of orders decreases, accordingly, the number of working hours also decreases.

🛠 Responsibilities:
- You need to collect orders in the warehouse using a scanner and a special cart, and then deliver the collected goods to the specified place. You also need to pack and prepare orders for shipment, check returned goods for damage, and sort them in the appropriate places in the warehouse.

🏠 Accommodation:
- The cost of accommodation is 450 zł per month (amount deducted from salary);
- If you rent accommodation independently, a supplement of 1.70 zł per worked hour is provided;
- Accommodation is provided in apartments or houses;
- 3–4 people will live in the rooms;
- Ordinary single-storey beds are arranged in the accommodation.

Umowa zlecenia.

📌 Additional information:
- The work takes place in a logistics warehouse of an online store where clothes, textiles, home accessories, and small household appliances are stored;
- There are productivity standards in the warehouse. A minimum number of items need to be processed for each task within an hour;
- The first 2–3 weeks include training and adaptation to work processes. During this period, productivity is not accounted for;
- Transportation to the work location is provided from the Błonie Okrzei stop and costs 200 zł per month (amount deducted from salary);
- Work clothes and shoes cost 200 zł (amount deducted from salary);
- An advance is provided after 14 days of work, the amount is up to 600 zł;
- Salary is credited from the 20th to the 22nd of each month to a bank account for the previously worked month.

🔴 Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of the Polish language is required.

⏳ Minimum term of work:
